How? There is no code and pin, only customer ID and offer number, each one with a bar code. The small print says valid only in stores. How did you enter the info in their website?

I think it depends on the cashier- the Rewards card actually says that it can’t be combined with a coupon. I went today and bought a PINK nightshirt at 26.50 – a 10.00 off any purchase card and – my 10.00 reward card PLUS the Free Panty coupon and the cashier initially said I couldn’t use the card but then was overtaken by Christmas spirit because she changed her mind and did it for me!

Victoria’s Secret is excellent about handling returns. I order things online quite frequently. I’ve never had an issue with a return.

I bought a few push up bras during a sale VS had awhile ago. They really love to stuff their push ups. My guess would be to go up a cup size if you go padded or find one with out padding.
Plus, I’m a D cup so maybe that played into it! Good luck!

I ordered the demi bra – spent more on it but I really want one I can be comfy in. I can’t stand the push up bras that make you feel like you’re wearing pillows! I thought the FA1128033 code is supposed to give you $10 off a bra + a free cotton panty. For some reason, it is charging me $8.50 for the hipster panties (not free) and my total for the bra, hipster panties, cami and perfume come to $33.86 (with the $10 reward card). Am I doing something wrong? I followed the steps above exact.

It has to be a solid for the panties and bra for it to work. No patterns. I had the same problem and figured it out finally.

My order has shipped, but I haven’t gotten it yet so I decided to call VS customer service & see if they would do a price adjustment due to the offer code of $10 off & THEY DID!!!

Just go back and click on Collin’s links. Each time you do a new window will open and when you add that item to your bag, just close the previous window. Easier than trying to find everything on the site. 🙂
By the way, if you want to order and are not sure of how the bras fit, if it doesn’t fit you can take it back to the store and do the return/exchange for free. Just spoke to customer service and they said it’s a service that they just started, even if you order something like shoes, you can return it to the store even if they don’t sell what you are returning. Why did mine come to 33.04? I used all the codes and I used my 10.00 secret card and I got only what Colin had listed.
I had the same problem…I had a pattern hiphugger which charged me full price. You have to scroll all the way down for the solid colors: black, white etc and that should be free. Hope this helps.

All I ordered was the bra and panty (don’t like cami’s and didn’t care about the perfume) and my total was 30.66 after the $10.00 discount/free panty promo, $10.00 reward card and free shipping promo. I was reading the fine print of the free perfume code and it says excludes clearance… and the cami is a clearance item. I wonder if they are going to cancel the perfume? 🙁

Ladies, if they cancel the perfume on you, you can take your item with the invoice back to the store and they will ship it back for free.
I would have to drive 65 miles to the nearest VS, wouldn’t be worth the trouble. Maybe I should call them now before they process the order.

Yeah, I really wish I knew. I think if they confirmed my order they should honor it even if they made a mistake. If I call them and ask they will probably automatically cancel my perfume while on the phone with me and I don’t want that to happen. I don’t know what to do.
My confirmation email has the perfume listed. I went back to the site to check my order there, and it has everything listed as “processed”. I’m going to assume that if it’s been processed already I’m safe. If not … Well, that sucks I guess. :/ If they don’t send it I will be calling and complaining. It’s their mistake, I have an email saying I ordered it.
