   This is one of me and my little brother’s favorite movies. I just bought it for my little brother (30 years old lol) as one of his Christmas gifts. He’ll get a kick out of it. I’m secretly hoping he gives it to my 2 year old.

   I agree with the other posters….loved this movie as a kid…definitely in agreement about Atrayu! 🙂 My husband has never even heard of it…he was a farm boy (and still a farmer) and didn’t watch too much tv.

   LOL! I loved that movie. I lobbied hard for our son to be named Bastian but my husband vetoed it 🙂

  My son’s name is Sebastian, and the movie is the reason for it. This movie, Labyrinth, and the Dark Crystal were my fav movies growing up (wow, that ages me!) I would love to call him Bastian, but my husband thinks that it sounds too similar to bastard! (i hope I can write that here).

    I am laughing so hard at these comments because only someone who has seen this movie would understand why we are so crazy about it and would want to name our sons after the characters. LOL Luv it!
