I have a lot of those airwick compac imotions for 50 cents each at walgreens. Gave away many too. Just kept buying the whole thing because the refills where $5. Need to stock up on other air freshners, havent had to buy in a year come january, wow a year aniversary coming up for smart coupon use and joining hip2save. Thanks to that awesome woman at target giving me the site when she saw my coupon mom list. She had her hip2save list wich had way BETTER deals, collin is way better at this 🙂 hahaha. but this makes for a cute gift basket 🙂 guess I have to buy for me next time:)

I am going to use the candles and make them as gifts for teachers at school and also at church that say “Have a scentsational Christmas” Just an idea if you have an overabundance and not sure what to do with all of them 🙂

Print limit reached on the $2/1 coupon
Just checked about an hour ago at my target (Woodbury, MN) and the scented oil twin refill was $4.50, not $2.50…the deal was still a money maker for me, but I’m guessing that price is not at every store, FYI.
I just went to my store in Monti and it was $2.50- I only checked the Holiday Cheer scent. They had a lot left too, not nearly as many in the other scents. I didn’t really think I would like this, but I needed Palmolive, so I got 3 of the Holiday Cheer (used 3-$2 off and 1-$1.50 off) and two Palmolive (unfortunately no coupons) plus I got a head of lettuce. I paid $6.59 and got back a $5 gift card. No MM, but I really needed the Palmolive, so much better for me! I’m going to do it again tomorrow.

Did you make sure you had the Holiday Cheer kind? They had a different one at mine ringing up for $4.50, but the Holiday Cheer was $2.50.

There also was a coupon in one of Sunday’s circulars (sorry, don’t remember which one), but it’s for a $5 gift card when purchasing 5 SC Johnson products (Glade is). I did this 2 days ago and was able to walk away with 2 $5 gift cards.

Yes, I did it Tuesday and they did give me the 2 gift cards – after having to call over a manager to approve it…
I did it too here in Chicago, awesome deal. I used the $10GC i got from cvs for doing the centrum deal and walked out with money on my American Express and (2) $5 GC..sweet deal, going back to do it all again

They just told me on my next visit, not really any number of days! You should be able to just do two different transactions.
You can use it right away on the next transaction. That is what I did when I got the $5 gc from the vitamin deal…used it right away on my next transaction. The cashier was fine with it too.
YOU CAN USE ASAP. you can split your transaction to help pay for other items or you can usually do the deal twice with the first giftcard applied to the second transaction and get another giftcard. then use the rest on first and then second to pay for your third transaction. Hope i didnt confuse you 🙂
I did this deal and the only “Plugins” that are the $2.50 price are the golden ones in the picture above. I tried to get the other scents but the only one at $2.50 was the one named “Holiday Cheers!” which is a cider, cinnamon & clove scent in the golden colored box. However, the other winter collection scents in candles and such are at $2.50. I thought a manager could price adjust the other ones to a lower price but did not. Awesome deal and money maker for me this week! Also check any women’s magazines that are the November issues like Women’s Day, Family Circle, Lady’s Home Journal and you should fine some $2.00 off coupons off of 2 glade candles in a pull out tear off section of coupons.

first timer here…coupon says limit one coupon per purchase. they will let me use all of them?
I say you really need to watch collin’s video’s they teach a lot and help so much. The per purchase means per item. Per transaction means only one coupon 🙂 So yes you can use all unless it states not to be combined with any other offer, however that has never mattered when stacking target for me..only rite aid stacks
one per purchase just means you need to give the cashier 1 coupon Per Item you are purchasing. So if you have 2 glade plugins, you can give the cashier 2 coupons.
If it said limit 1 per person (or transaction), then you could only use one coupon.
Oh, just an FYI…my target had some twin refill that had a bonus warmer in the box too! They were priced at 4.50, but still a good deal 🙂

dont forget those $1/1 q’s from various magazines for the room spray premium..i think that is what it is called. I used those today to get my OOP down. the room spray is 2.50 as well.
if you buy 4 candles and 2 plug ins you can use 2 of the 1.50 off 3 from target, 2 of the 2.00 off of plugins, and 2 of the 2.00 off of 2 candles you can get it for free with only having one computer to print from…just an idea!
I would love to do these deals but my target says that coupon policy is you can only use 2 of the same coupons in the same transaction.Im so upset with the management at my store anymore! The manager is sooooo nasty towards anyone who uses coupons. The other day i tried to buy 2 hair dyes and I had coupons that had been mailed to me for free boxes. I did not have any other coupons plus I was buying cat food the store manager said I could not get but one because the coupon said limit one coupon per purchase. I told her each item was a purchase and she then told me I need to learn how to read coupons right. These coupons were not printed or even look like printed coupons and I was not making any money or getting any gift cards in return.I have almost given up on shopping at Target. Does anyone know how I could get ahold of corporate? THANKS
Go on the Target website and click on contact us, you should be able to find a number to the corporate office there. That sucks you are having such a hard time there.
I’d ask in that situation to have them rung up separately. In the future, cashier profile! I generally have good luck with younger guys! Once you have found a good cashier, get an idea of when they work and go then. I have this particular young guy I always try to go to and coupons aren’t even a big deal at my target! He works nights so if I’m planning a big trip, I go at night and hope he’s there!

If Target lets you use 2 store coupons in one transaction (coupon states one coupon or offer per guest, but my local Target let me use 4 coupons yesterday), this would be another good scenario:

I think so, because I’ve heard lots of people have had a hard time at their Targets with coupons, but my local Target has always accepted the coupons I brought, and has even let me have overage applied to other items in my transaction. You can still get a good deal using just one of the Target store coupons, though. 🙂

those refills come with a free warmer that you plug in to the wall. And yes, your scenario should work, pay $0 get $5 GC. But it all depends if your store will allow you to use multiple Target coupons in one transaction.

It was a regional coupon. I’m not sure if the Austin area got the coupon as i dont buy the newspaper. I bought mine off ebay as soon as I knew about it.

I just went to Target to do this deal and was told they no longer will take more then 3 like coupons. She said it would be fraud if she accepted them. Because I had to open multiply account to get that may coupons. I had her call the manager and the manager said that was their store policy to not accept more then 3 like coupons. Anyone else ran into this?

Went down to do this deal–haven’t been able to take advantage of many deals lately. I went straight to the aisle where all the air fresheners/candles/sprays are and they only had a couple of Glade products and no Holiday Cheer plug-ins. I was really kind of sad, since it was raining and I had debated whether to leave the house at all.
So I go look at something else and on the end of another aisle is a huge display of all the promotion items!
With my coupons I managed to get 1 candle, 2 refill packs of scented oil candles, 1 Holiday Cheers plug-in and 1 Scented oil candle holder/refill pack. After coupons, I paid $4.81 (including a very high state tax) and got back the $5 giftcard. The cashier (a new guy) was really taken aback that Target was paying me. I guess he will get used to it, though, LOL.
I did this deal the other day. I bought 5 of the holiday cheer refills used 4 $2 cpns ( not prepared for the 5th one since at the time not one site had the info on the cheaper refills.) so it came out to $12.50 – 8 MQ -$1.50 TQ = $3out of pocket. Got back the $5 giftcard plus we recived the Q for the other $5 gift card so this was a $7 MM for me. (wish I had that extra cpn for an even bigger MM! I have been saving so much $$$ at Target this month and will shop there more often.

I’m sooo excited!! I went to target yesterday and got ten of the holiday cheer refills with the warmer!! I did two separate transactions, 5 and 5. For each transaction the total came to $12.50. 5 mq at $2 is $10 off plus I used the $1.50/3 target q. Total coupons was $11.50. So I paid $1 out of pocket and got a $5 gift card! 4 mm on each transaction!!! Also I bought a sweater and used the $4 target q and both of my gift cards so I really got a total of $12 off ($4 from each gift card bc I tech paid $1 for the refills) !!! Good shopping trip!! Might go get more 🙂
