I bought those boots a couple days ago with the 30% off code + free shipping. Do you think I can call their customer service and get the better price?
You can also just refuse the UPS delivery for your initial order and place the order again today using the new codes. Amazon had me do that when something was already shipped.
I was wondering the same thing about a coat I ordered a couple days ago. I just called customer service and they refunded me the difference! They were very friendly about it – I just told them the new coupon code and pin and they did it no problem!
When that happens, I just call them and they usually adjust the price and credit my card back. Done so many times.

On the right side of the checkout page, beneath all the totals (underlined, but in gray lettering so it’s harder to spot) is “Enter Promotion Code.” Click on it and it will give you boxes for the code Donner and PIN 1585.
Just as an FYI, they will price-adjust down to a previous order. I had just ordered a large order last week when they had the $40 off $100 promo. When I checked today, all of the items I ordered were now at a lower price + 40% off. I was tempted to re-place the whole order and return (to the local store) the order that was on its way. But I called their customer service line first, and they easily agreed to refund me the difference, charging me the new, cheaper prices + the 40% off! Wow! Great service. I’m really impressed with Lands End (again).

Thank you so much for this tip. I ordered boots for my daughter back in Sept. through Totsy but they cancelled my order and didn’t let me know but still charged me. Luckily, I ordered the wool coats through Totsy and noticed that I had another order pending so I did get my money back but still no boots. She will be excited to get some new snow boots!
That same thing happened to me! I started wondering what happened to them, and finally had to contact them and they gave me a credit and an additional $5 for the trouble. That however, was not enough to cove the free shipping that I had with the boots order 🙁

I have ordered a few sm all things such as a belt and a pair of uniform pants from landsend that were of decent quality. Last week, I spent 93 dollars on a coat for my 7 year old and when it arrived I was completely disappointed that it was not nicer nor warmer than her her 18 dollar coat from costco. I returned it to a sears store, and I have noticed reading reviews on landsend.com that many are frustrated with a downgrade in quality
I have been very pleased with the items I have recently ordered from them. I order my daughters school tennis shoes and they hold up great. I’m equally impressed with the snow boots I bought her.
I added my Shop Your Way Rewards # and Pin# and reduced my total by applying my accumulated rewards , AND should be earning rewards on this purchase.

Lands End is not getting all orders placed in the time frames where they promised delivery before Christmas delivered before Christmas now.
My order is not arriving before Christmas. It is not due to be delivered by UPS until Dec 27th. Lands End shipped the order on Dec 22nd.
It seems they may have neglected to note that UPS, their primary shipper, doesn’t deliver on Saturday. Nor will they be delivering on the Monday after Christmas, as that will be their holiday day.
