Really disappointed and pretty annoyed with this site. I even called customer service and he said he would get back to me and that was several hours ago. No call. I followed all the above advice and still couldn’t find my credit. Tried again and thought it would show a preview before taking payment since they said it was showing my price before credit. I’ll be calling early tomorrow and if they pull what they did on the phone today, I’ll call and report them.
I got a call from customer service who said they would credit my card when the order was shipped. He was very nice and seemed very sincere. If I get my credit, I’ll be happy to report them as a reputable site!
