My order was cancelled. This happened the last time too I ordered from them and I forgot that I promised myself LAST TIME no ordering from them anymore. I put a sticky note on my computer not to order from them again for a reminder. My tiny orders boycotting them won’t hurt the company but I don’t want to rely on this company again. Better off getting free toothbrushes and floss from the drugstores in person.

My Carmex, Dental Floss, and Travel Toothbrushes have shipped and have tracking #s that show up on UPS’s website. They canceled my order for the Crayola Marker Toothbrushes because they were out of stock. So maybe everyone’s orders haven’t been canceled.

I’ve always had bad experiences with Drugstore.com/Medco.com too. I was actually relieved that this time they just cancelled orders. The last time I ordered from them they shipped the items that cost money and didn’t include the free-with-purchase items because they ran out (which were the whole reason I ordered the other things!). No apology, no substitution, no discount, no chance to cancel the rest of the order, and the customer service representative I spoke to was borderline rude (in addition to being totally 100% unsympathetic). I always tell myself not to bother ordering from them but the chance of 5 cute toothbrushes for $2 was too tempting.
The last time I filled a prescription I was pretty disappointed to see that my health insurance prescription plan is tied to Medco…
I have had good experience with drugstore.com in the past, stuff ships very quickly. This is the first time an order of mine got canceled, but when something seems like too good of a deal, it usually is.
My orders for the flossers and for the toothbrushes were cancelled as well. I guess I’ll just have to watch for good deals in store instead!

My order was cancelled too, so I called Drugstore.com and caused a little bit of a ruckus. I didn’t get my original order, but they did give me three of the Crayola Power toothbrushes (retail 5.99) for 3.47… They discounted $21.48 from the original total with shipping. It wasn’t as good as my original order, but at least was something.
UPS just delivered my Carmex, Dental Floss and Travel Toothbrushes. My Crayola Toothbrushes were cancelled. Glad I got the other stuff. Thank you Collin!! This year I’m keeping up with all the money I’m saving with that spreadsheet you recommended a couple of days ago. I added a column for what I bought and another column for Retail Value and it’s perfect!
