   I made an order in the fall that took several months to arrive. Don’t choose shipping to store if your in a hurry.

  I made an order last month and 2 weeks later my order was cancelled saying they were out of stock. When I looked at the website, they were still in stock.

   Be aware that Champion for Payless is not great quality. I wore through my Champions in four months. I walk about 4-5 times a week for 4-5 miles.

   I bought a pair of Champions from Payless for my daughter (she wears a woman’s 8) and the shoes were worn out within 3 months – I expected better quality.

   I run a lot. A good tip for anyone running consistently is to own 2 pairs of shoes and alternate wearing them. This gives the padding more time between workouts for each pair to return to its original thickness, it gives time for one pair to dry out fully if they get wet, and if you buy them at the same time it means you can go twice as long without buying new shoes, allowing you to wait for the great end-of-season sales!

   PS the padding is what important to prevent injuries, not necessarily the tread.

   I run and work out a lot, and I have a pair of Champions that have held up very well for me. They’re light, supportive and comfortable…I was very pleasantly surprised. I also used to buy Champions when I was a waitress and they held up well which is saying a LOT for anybody who knows how much torture a waitresses shoes go through. They’re well worth 15 dollars to me when I’ve purchased other more expensive shoes that gave me shin splints and back pain. I haven’t tried these specific ones but I’ve been happy with the brand.

   tried to order Women’s Octoflex Performance Runner & most ALL sizes in White are “Out of Stock” I sent a message to customer service asking when more will be in.

    i LOVE these shoes. i have the purple / grey pair and they are the best shoes i have ever owned. i can walk several miles without any foot fatigue and the uppers are so light and breathable that my foot stays cool. i am disappointed that i can’t these anymore. i wanted to buy another pair.

    I have tons of foot problems and have since I was a kid, including frequent ingrowns and plantar facsitis. I LOVE these shoes! I did not think that they would be supportive enough but they were supportive and flexible enough to handle my foot swelling episodes. I go through shoes very fast so It’s not a surprise to me that the thin fabric has started to get holes in it. I am very sad that they won’t be good winter shoes either. I too am disappointed that they are no longer in the stores around here for that reason (not in season) I was hoping I could get more on line! Looks like it might be a challenge!

  actually Payless is carrying these again but they have a different name. they are only in black in the store but on line i found different colors. just sort under athletic shoes.
