i think they run small. i did it by their sizing chards which is by bust size. i got a L and i wear a 10.
They definitely run small. I used to wear size 2’s in pants but had to buy like a 4 in Hollister jeans. Also wore a XS in shirts but had to get a Small, sometimes medium in Hollister shirts. HTH

Checked my bank account and was not charged either. So may want to call to check on your order or be sure you receive a confirmation email.

Just called customer service b/c I have not received a confirmation email. She said they are running behind and to allow at least three hours or more to receive a confirmation email, but she assured me that if I have a printed receipt; that the order went through; they are just bombarded with orders right now so their system is running behind.
I just asked my son if he wanted a hoodie, and he said “Hollister those are wicked nice hoodies Mom.” So if your teenager loves hoodies get them one of these. They are cool. lol and wicked cheap!

Hollister is quite the rave with tweens and teens. My daughters are 11 and they already had 3 hoodies so i ordered 6 more so they have lots of colors plus I plan to keep some for birthday gifts for their friends.Got lots of tee’s as well for $10 each. my girls are 12 and 14…super skinny, one weighs 82 pounds one weighs 85 pounds. They need a size small and have to go up a size in jeans.

I just called about an order I placed and I hadn’t gotten a confirmation email. The gentleman said their system is overloaded with all the orders! It will come though, we just need a little patience, lol!
So I bought a hoodie that sold out while I was checking out. The status says ‘Sold Out’ on my order confirmation page. *facepalm* Does anyone know how Hollister deals with orders that are sold out? Do they email to ask if you want to exchange for a different color or do they just give you a refund?

My daughter has a cream Holister hoodie I bought at a garage sale 3 years ago and it is still looking like brand-new even thought she wears it all the time. I just stocked up and 5 more will be here shortly and I bought her sweaters and a couple of tops to match the skirts she got for Christmas. I even found shorts for this summer for $7.74 a pair.
