For the recall on the Gas-X and Bufferin, do you mail the form and the bottles in?

That’s what I was wondering. It really doesn’t sound like it, but then it says suggested retail price will be refunded plus $2 shipping and handling. I guess I’ll call to find out for sure. I’ve got a LOT of Excedrin on hand. I have sinus headaches and it’s the only thing that some what helps.
I had to do this when Tylenol had a recall and I didn’t send in the bottles. I had a few bottles of Excedrin so I completed a form for each and I am mailing them all in one envelope. I do wonder though what the $2 S&H reimbursement would be for…surely they do not want us to return the bottles…

Hmm…looks like they do want the actual product.
Yes, you have to fill out one form for each bottle/product and mail it to them. They are taking anything before the dates listed. For example, my 7 bottles of Excedrin expire in Jan. 2014 and some in 2012, they asked for all to be returned. Even the Gas-X Prevention samples you may have received should be included in the return(s).
All bottles are to be mailed to them with the forms.
So if I have multiples of these I need to fill out an individual form for each…can we throw them all in one box and include all the forms together or just mail them all separately? I can’t get in contact with anyone as the line is continuously busy! 🙁
One form per bottle; I had to print 10. You can mail them together, but keep in mind the shipping refund is $2. Separate them if the shipping is more.
Do you think they will give us $2 for shipping per a returned group or do you think they will limit it to one $2 shipping credit per person? I have like 15 bottles and I’m pretty sure the 15 pieces of paper will cost more then $2 to send, let alone some of the bottles I have!
Thanks for posting about the recalled products. I found out today when I tried to use my $2 Q on the BOGO deal for Excedrin. The Walgreens register wouldn’t allow the employee to sell it because it had been recalled. I think that’s the one positive thing about their new registers at Walgreens.
can anyone tell when the expiration dates on the HEB Qs are? We travel during the winter, and I LOVE HEB, but we won’t get to TX until March (or so)
Dana, I don’t know exactly where you are traveling in Texas, But, WELOME, Y’ALL. My HEB in Houston will not take internet coupons. I don’t know if this is individual stores or what. But, I got a coupon for the MELT butter, and when I looked up the Locations, it said HEB. I wrote the Melt folks and told them it was only in HEB in Texas and they wouldn’t take internet coupons, even they were surprised. So, good luck.
