LOL! It’s just a bottle..it’s used mostly for working out. You put in your water (or milk) along with protein powder or workout supplements and the little ball thing inside helps dissolve the powder when you shake the bottle.
These are great for mixing baby formula if you are out and have a baby that age.

Your welcome. It really does too. Takes the lumps away quick and keep the smell inside with the lid close until you get home rather than spilling through the lid of your bottle. I had a special needs baby and we pureed food and mixed it well with the formula using this bottle… 😀

Bobbi – it doesnt “chop” up things, but its good for mixing powder substances with liquid… men like it to make their protein drinks.. or you could even use it for chocolate milk. it just works better than a spoon in combining the powder with liquid.

lol My boyfriend works at the Vitamin Shoppe. He gets these free all the time and gives them out to friends at the gym. Yes son;t know why but they are normally 8.99 and people actually buyt them. I stash some of the ones he keeps inside the trash can sometimes because I hate them… they are everywhere and take too much space in my little kitchen. Ketsy, that is A VERY NICE THING you are doing, made me smile when i read it!!! If anybody uses the gravy from the packet where you add water and then heat it on the stovetop (McCormick) i use my GNC Blender Bottle to mix that up, works unexceptionally well for that 🙂
