Ugh. I don’t want to deal with one more company trying to grub their way into my FB account and impersonate me and steal my friends’ info. Really, how much do we have to give these companies so we can spend money on their crap? It may be great crap that they sell, but if you make me hand over all of my friends’ info and let you post as me on my wall, well that’s just tacky. I’m tired of that game.
Sharon – I created another Facebook account specifically for these types of things. None of my personal information is on it, and I don’t even have friends on that Facebook. Just an idea so that you can still play instant win games, get coupons and deals like this!

I have waited nearly 3 weeks now for my order, and haven’t heard anything from Sneakpeeq. I called the customer service number, only to have a recording: “This mailbox is full.” Although these are great deals on this site…..they lack in customer service and communication with the customers!!

I had to create a new facebook account in order to get the credit (everything went through perfectly). Since I signed up for this when it was first posted but didn’t quite understand the whole concept.

Maybe…I think the shipping was free, but when on the total page, it showed no tax. Maybe they add it on afterwards..sneaky! Dunno if living in CA has anything to do with it.
I, too, had a charge of $6.23. I emailed them asking about it, and the sales rep replied that it was California State tax. I am pretty angry about this, considering that that means they’re trying to say that California State tax is 32.6%. I don’t know which California they’re talking about that has that kind of sales tax.
Probably going to try to sort this out further on the phone. If they don’t give a more satisfactory answer, I’ll have to cancel. It’s very much not honorable for them to give a total price, only to charge an extra $1.23 without letting you know.
Agreed! You would think the total amount should reflect tax PRIOR to checkout, especially since you have already provided your location (and tax should be calculated) via shipping location.
And I always thought CA tax was high and ridiculous, but a 32.6% sales tax is not realistic. Definitely an error on the company’s behalf.
