I can’t seem to find the Brita Rebate on the site?? Does anyone know if the replacement filters are included in the rebate?

    • Stephanie

      No, they are not.

    • Melissa

The rebate form says “for pour through pitcher or faucet mount system”. Replacement filters must not be included. Bummer because I need filters.

      • Shayla

I just got a rebate form from Bed Bath and Beyond that includes the filters (4-pk). Not sure if it is only valid through BBB or if you can purchase somewhere but according to the paperwork, it is valid through Jan 31.

    • Tracy H

I can’t find it either. Does it get e-mailed when you sign up for the challenge?

    • Jeni

I’m wondering if this is a different rebate than last time… because I did it this last summer/early fall and the form says limit 1/ household…

      • Naimbe

        I’m wondering the same thing…

  2. mel

Thanks! But on the cheerios deal, I’m pretty sure those $/2 coupons won’t work. Since 1 upc scanned for those double-packs, and the coupon is off 2 individual boxes, the register will be looking for a 2nd box to attach the coupon to. Maybe a cashier will push it through, b/c you are “buying” 2 boxes, its just that they are shrink wrapped together. Also, several CVS stores I shop only have the Honey Nut Cheerios and Original Cheerios (yellow box) that are part of the double pack deal, not the Multi Grain.

    • Ronni

You are right….they’ve had these double packages in my area for a few weeks now and the coupons do not work. It will depend on the cashier/manager.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Oops you’re right! Thanks I just updated the post…

  3. gaynor

Hmmm…my Softsoap coupon says 8 oz. ( a half an oz short for this sale!) 😐

    • Kacie

Yep, that’s what I just posted, too. All of the sales have been half an ounce short. I know so many people who are using it on 7.5oz, but I don’t feel right about it!

      • gaynor

Ya…I’ve seen a lot of people saying they used it just because it didn’t “beep”
I’m with you, Kacie! That darn half an ounce! 😛

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks for bringing that to my attention! I removed the coupon from the scenario.

    • Marija

I just went to my CVS in Central Florida and the 8.5oz are on sale for .99 as well so you can use the coupon.

  4. Kacie

The Softsoap .40/1 coupon is for 8oz and larger, isn’t it?

  5. Kathryn

Hi, I was wondering if the spend $30 get a $10 CVS cash card rolls over week to week. For example, can I spend less than $30 this week and spend the rest to add up to $30 the next week and still get a $10 CVS cash card? Thanks!

    • Kacie

I’m pretty sure it does roll over from week to week because at the beginning of this week, my receipt said that I already had so much toward the $30. It will be on the bottom of your receipt when you go to CVS. Buy one item and it will tell you how much you have to buy to get to $30.

      • mel

NO, it does not roll over. If you only spent $24 by today, that amount will drop off your receipt and you have to start over next week.

        • Kacie

Hmm…well, good to know! I’m not sure what I bought to put the extra money towards my $30, but I’m glad it was there anyway! 😉

          • mel

what it does is keep track, you don’t have to buy the $30 worth at once. You can space it out during the week, but you have to have the $30 met by the close of Saturday, otherwise you loose it.

  6. Dee

Not trying to cause drama, but a lot of CVS’s start their sales at some point on Saturdays. The matchups would be much more helpful if they were posted on Thursday or Friday so we could have more time to plan. The night before at 9:30 doesn’t leave much time…..especially when the sale is working today.

    • mel

Not trying to cause drama either, but why not start planning ahead yourself? The ad is posted online @ cvs.com on Thursday, its usually posted a week or 2 ahead (with a scanned copy of the ad!) at several grocery forums, as well as iheartcvs. I do like to compare my list to what is posted here to see if I might have missed something, but for the most part I’ve already gotten my deals planned out for heading out the door Sunday morning well before Saturday.

      • Dee

I do plan ahead using all the sites you mentioned above! I just think this site and list is the best and would be more helpful if it was up a couple days earlier.

        • Kelly

          I agree.

        • Christie

Because it is the best list…it takes longer….”You get what you pay for” …so to speak.
It is comments like this that discourage a blogger to stop doing it. Sometimes we do not appreciate things until they are gone!!! Collin…please keep doing things the way that is best for you and your family! 🙂

      • Nicole G.

Well said. Collin goes through all the work to post these deals & people still find the need to complain about something.

        • Brandy

None of us have to pay for the services Collin provides to us. You get her matchups and helpful information for FREE. Any service she provides at any time is up to her and I greatly appreciate it, ESPECIALLY knowing she has a family and has a life outside of couponing! When did people start complaining so much over someone’s help that is provided for FREE?! I just don’t get it! THANK YOU COLLIN FOR ALL YOU DO, AND THANK YOU NO MATTER WHEN IT GETS POSTED!

          • Jen

Well, the information is free to us, but Collin is not doing it for free technically…see the ads on the sidebar? She makes money with ads on this web site. So it’s really a hobby for her that’s also a job that brings in income. And for a web site of this size, that ad space probably sells for quite a bit of money. So it’s really no different than if you go to a news site and read the news for “free”…they get their money from advertisers, not from readers like us. So if you want to start a site like this, you can…it will be A LOT of work, but if you grow it big like she has (very difficult to do), it can be quite lucrative. Having said that, I still love the site Collin, and keep up the good work! Thanks!

            • Christie

I CANNOT believe you just said that!!! If I were her…I would block you from the site! RUDE!

Collin you have the best site of anyone…If someone complains…they should go else where instead of criticizing you publically…what audacity!!!! un-freakin-believeable!!!

            • Jen

What can’t you believe? I am not criticizing Collin – I think she has the best site of this genre, she does excellent work and I use it all the time…I love it! She should absolutely keep it up. But you are very mistaken if you think she does this for “free”. For a site of this size and popularity (Alexa rank <1000 in the US), if she is not making well above 6 figures, she needs to get a new online marketing person. Do you think the ads on the sidebar give her no money? I have to applaud her for keeping ads to a minimum, she does a good job so that we don't have to be bombarded with them. If she sold more ad space, the site would look unsightly (pun intended) but it would make a lot more money. I work in eCommerce and trust me, this site could/should be making quite a lot of money. An ex-client with an Alexa ranking of about 5000 did about $1.5 mil yearly, although in a very different industry. If your site is not doing well financially, get a good marketing person Collin! Again, it's not a criticism, I think Collin deserves every bit of it, as it is a very well-done and run site/business that not only helps its owner, but the public and also contributes to charity as well. A+

      • Marie

If you want to “plan” ahead sooner then use the iheartcvs site(ads posted weeks in advance) or go directly to cvs.com(next weekly ad posted every Thurs.). I agree with everyone. She is offering a service . But also does have a daily life to deal with plus she just moved. I’m amazed she was able to continue the site during all of that.

        • Christie

And she is worth more than 100 million dollars to me! 🙂 Thanks to her…I got a Kindle FIre $199.99 for free at Staples at xmas time….

    • Ashley

I get what you’re saying Dee and I understand you don’t want drama (THANK YOU! lol) but we do need to remember that collin has a life too and I think it was on the rite aid post she said it was a hectic week/weekend so hey for one week she’s a little late but it’s fine, you save your money either way! 🙂 If they are coming up late on saturday then I just find other things that need done and get’em done, because once the deals get up planning and looking at deals is all that gets done 😉 lol happy shopping 😀

      • Dee

I understand life happens and we all get busy. All I’m suggesting is that the list gets put up earlier in the week to allow more time for planning. I’m not complaining, I love this site and come here numerous times each day, I was just offering up an idea.

        • Maggie

Here’s a suggestion for the person with the suggestion:

I think if you have *suggestions*, a polite, private email to Collin would be a respectful way to go about it. A public comment comes across as criticism, or as a demand, which is why you are getting some push-back, even if you didn’t intend it that way. In print, it has a tone of entitlement that just rubs some of us the wrong way, even if that wasn’t the spirit in which you wrote it. You’ll be less likely to be misperceived if you write a NICE personal note, I think.

          • Tracy H

            Nicely said!

          • Tawanda

I “clicked” like on this comment. Wonderful and thoughtful advice!

        • Alicia Phoebe Oviatt

if you read the post (dee) it does sound like your complaining and i agree with everyone above that we all should be greatfull for what collin does do regardless if its late or early I mean really
thank you miss collin this site has changed my life in only 2 months worth of couponing i have to build a stockpile shelf / room because my drawers and cabinets are overflowing with goods

    • Christie

Collin…please disregard and let them roll off when people complain. I greatly appreciate the countless hours you and your team spend to make this the best site out there. If people want to complain…they can do start their own site and see if if gets posted THAT early! I can’t believe people have the audacity to say that! RUDE!

Your the greatest Collin and funny too! You go girl! 🙂

      • Dee

Since when did a suggestion turn into a complaint? I will say it again I LOVE this site I was just making a SUGGESTION that it would be great if they were up earlier in the week! Other blogs that post their lists earlier in the week are not near as good, they list the wrong cpns or expired ones, etc. When I come here I know I am getting the best list by far! You people need to simmer down and stop being so sensitive, no one is criticizing Collin!

        • steph

as a blogger who does matchups for a local grocery store chain, I can tell you that it takes a TON of time to do what Collin does! and yes, her CVS deals are amazing!!! that is why I use and refer back to her every week on my own blog! seriously, her cvs list is awesome and better than most, if not the BEST. that being said, it is probably near impossible for her to have this list be so amazing and get it up earlier. she has a blog to run, a family and everything else in her life. seriously, I realize it would be nice to have them up earlier, but due to the depth and quality of these matchups, we should all be grateful that she even gets them up period!!! They are awesome and I wouldn’t want her to skimp on quality by getting them up sooner!!! Really, I am sure her matchups take FOREVER.
So thanks Collin for all you do! and for letting me use the top deals and link back to you every week!

  7. Julia

I’m not sure if you can use it, but the magic coupon machine printed out a buy 3 get 1 free Hallmark card coupon. So, you could try and get 4 cards for free. (:

    • Dee

I used it tonight and it worked perfect! I actually bought 4 $.99 cards and it took the full $2.50 off that’s listed on the coupon!

      • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

        Wow, great deal! 🙂

  8. Beth L

I’m wondering if the buy 2 get 1 free coupon for Kraft products that has a Walmart logo would work with the CVS deal? I’ve not tried using a Walmart q anywhere else…

    • Carol_R

Per CVS new coupon policy I don’t believe that you can use coupons there that have another store logo on them.

  9. tracy

On this deal “Colgate Total or Sensitive toothpaste 5.8-6 oz $2.77 = $1 Ecb (limit 2)
Use the $1/1 coupon found in the Dec. issue of All You mag., 1/1 SS, or 1/15 SS
Plus, stack with the $1/1 CVS store coupon found in the Winter issue of Reinventing Beauty mag.
    Pay as low as $0
    Get back $1 Ecb
Final cost Free + $1 money maker!”

Would you not pay the $0.77 since you only have coupons to cover the $2.00 and its on sale for $2.77. Its still a money maker after the $1 ECB (By $0.23). Or am I missing something?

    • Yvonne

You are right! Still a good deal =]

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are right! Sorry about that!

  10. Stephanie

Woohoo! I love the CVS matchup. Thanks so much Collin 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You are most welcome! And sorry for getting them up so late this week. It’s been a very long day today…

      • M

Collin, you have the best site and I am grateful for the posts you do-no matter what time they are posted!

        • RH

          Ditto!!!

          • agibb

Collin, no need to apologize, you are the best and I am grateful for all your post.

      • bridriz

Same here, I am also so grateful for the time and effort you put into this website and community! Thanks a bunch!

      • Stephanie

As a mommy, I completely understand! No need to apologize at all, we all have those days! 🙂

      • Sandra

Collin, no need for appologies! You do an AMAZING job on this site, you are offering a wonderful service here. you have no idea how this information that you take the time and effort to post changes lifes…and all of it for free, God bless your heart.

      • Christie

No need for apologies…You have a life other than posting deals. You have a wonderful hubby and beautiful children who need and deserve to have their wife and mom ! Please do not let negitive comments get you down!

      • Carie

I appreciate everything you do! I think you’re amazing! I don’t know how you find the time!

      • Tracy H

Collin, thank you for all you do to help us! If it weren’t for you, my family wouldn’t ba able to afford any extra things for fun or enjoyment.

  11. jmartcougar

Can I combine 1.50 off two colgate total toothpaste (cvs coupon) with two 1.00 off any one colgate total toothpaste(from colgate email)?

    • Ana

Definitely. One’s a CVS coupon, the other a manufacturer coupon. You’ll have to buy 2 and then use 3 coupons.

      • jmartcougar

        thank you!

    • Tiffany

yes you can combine the cvs q with your two manf. q’s

  12. Isra

Collin, The softsoap coupon is for 8 oz., so it won’t work. 🙁

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Thanks, Isra! I updated the post…

  13. Jaimchl

Hey Collin, I saw the deal for the colgate and was a little confused on the total being $0 after the $2.00 in coupons (mfq and rib) I thought it would be $.77 and a $.33 moneymaker after $1 ecb….

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

You’re right! I updated the post!

  14. louise

All softsoaps r on sale. I just bought the 8.5 ounces and it was .99

    • Isra

      Wow, thanks for reporting!

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Awesome! Thanks for letting us know…

  15. Jeremy

anyone have the brita rebate pdf saved to their computer? I cannot find it. Thanks

  16. Taraneh

I got a $3 Almay coupon a few days ago from the magic coupon machine so that’d make the Almay Intense i-Color shadow, liner or mascara deal better than free if anyone else also got that and hasn’t used it yet!

    • Andrea

I have the 3.00 coupon too, but I don’t have the 2.00 coupon, bummer!

    • Ronda

I used my CVS MC (magic coupon) Almay print-out last week on a 75% off foundation reduced to $3.49 along with the $2.00 mf coupon = +$1.51 money maker.

    • bdm

Me, too. Going to use the $2 MFC Coupon plus the $3 CVS Catalina for a money maker! (Washington DC area)

  17. Kristen

If anyone goes to CVS and buys Scott toilet paper, could you post whether CVS carries the Extra Soft variety, and if it is also on sale for $7.49 (to combine with the $1 coupon in the 1/15 SS)? And, if it’s not too much trouble, the square footage of the pack? Thanks!!

  18. Heather

Has anyone tried the Coke Zero coupon at their CVS? Last week mine said the computer popped up as not a valid coupon so they didn’t take it??

    • Jana

just happened to me about 20 minutes ago.The cashier was even confused, she said she’s never seen the register say “coupon not valid, please hand back to customer” I didn’t argue, needed the coke zero anyways.

      • Val

It happened to me a few minutes ago but cashier pushed it through without even saying anything about it.

    • Valerie L.

Ask your cashier to scan the long bar code rather than the short one. This worked at my store in AZ.

    • LIzR

I used it, BUT at walmart… it worked just fine there. (just thought i’d mention this, I know your asking about CVS )

    • Elva

I just went to CVS and it did not work. THe coupon said not valid. Bought it anyways, since I needed them and I needed it for my $10 deals. I will try going again for another deal and see if it works with the long barcode.

    • Shayla

mine did not work; according to my manager, she said that it came down from corporate that they no longer accept ANY Coke manufacturer coupons. Oh well, used it at my local grocier with no problems and I prefer the Cherry kind, which CVS does not carry =)

  19. Kristen

Did anyone else not get the $3/3 Nabisco coupon? I’m only seeing a $2/3 but I want to make sure I’m not overlooking something. Thanks!

    • Elizabeth

      I just got the $2/3 also…so don’t worry, I don’t think you are overlooking it. 🙂

    • Amanda

It was regional. Mine in Michigan was $3/3 and my mom’s in Florida was $2/3.

    • jmartcougar

Here in Houston we got $2/3 Nabisco coupon

    • Debbie

Im in Atlanta burbs…we got the $2/3 Q.
I used mine on Teddy Grahams cups today @ WM.

      • katee

im in northern mass and i got a 3/3 and a 2/3 in 2 different papers

    • Karmen

I’m in So Cal and got the $2/3. Still a good deal though if you use it at Walmart to buy the small container of Teddy Grahams.

      • Raeanne

My cvs had the small containers of Teddy grams and chips ahoy and ritz sandwhiches,

    • Jo-Ann

I’m in No Cal and a neighbor gave me her insert (can’t remember which paper it’s from) and there was a 3/$3. I used it at Safeway for the 2/$5 sale because I wanted a Triscuit flavor that is usually not found in the drugstores.

  20. Greta

Was the Almay coupon regional?? I can’t find it!

  21. Pamela

The Coupon Machine printed a $3 off any 2 Glade, Oust, Scrubbing Bubbles coupon for me, if its prints for anyone else that would make an even better glade deal

  22. Carole

I got $1.50 off Pledge, Scrubbing Bubbles, Glade, Fantastik, or Windex from the coupon machine last week. Can that be used toward the Glade deal this week?

  23. Wendy

Hi Greta – I didn’t get the Almay coupon either but my parents did and they live in the next town over. Weird.

  24. jess

The Dawn Hand Renewal WAS included in the sale (went early tonight). So I was able to use the $0.50/1 coupon to make it only $0.49.

  25. Jana

Does anyone know how the limit on the 12pk Coke products work? I know it says limit 4 but is that 4 per trip or 4 per the length of the sale?

    • irene

      I think it’s per transaction.

    • LIzR

I think it would be per sale length..just because CVS keeps track through the card. BUT to confuse this more, I did this deal last week (Bummer 3/$10) and it DID NOT show limit reached on my receipt.

    • yvonne

Its 4 per sale length. As in only 4 will count toward your $10 gc after you spend $30 but you could still buy more for the sale price (in another transaction). hth!

      • Val

It is 4 per transaction. I just bought (12) 12 packs. I had to split it up over 3 transactions but got my 10 gift card with the 3rd transaction.

      • Marie

Definitely 4 per week of the sale to qualify toward the GC.

        • mel

Its 4 Per Transaction. I bought 8 cases this morning, 4 in each transaction and $20 is counted on my receipt towards the Cash Card deal. The cashier had to ask the manager if it was ok I did 2 transactions and he approved, saying the limit is for their discression to keep enough stock on the shelves for other customers. I had 4 regular coke & 4 diet coke, and didn’t make a dent in the display set up at the front of the store.

          • Marie

Oh good. Back sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas there was a limit per card and not per transaction. Good filler item if you are real close to getting the card.

    • Shayla

it’s at the discretion your manager and stock on hand…I’m fortunate, my CVS tends to allow more than the limit as long as they have enough.

  26. Dusty squirrel

The coupon machine printed a $2off 2 glade products coupon for me this week, as well as $1.50 off carmex lip balm, $3 off revlon, and $3 off almay. Those should come in handy this week if you have those!

  27. Mary

I purchased the 12 pk Coke products last week in two different trips that counted towards the buy $30 worth of products get a $10 CVS gift card.

  28. Mitch

I am getting addicted to my $10 gift cards!
I bought CVS mouthwash and had a 20% off coupon. Since they put it through manually I got 100% credit towards my $30!
I am now sitting on 3x $10 gift cards, it’s almost time to buy myself a gift!
    thanks!
    http://www.gaynycdad.com

  29. Lisa

Such a bummer that all I get from the coupon machine is $2 off Nature Vitamns 🙁

    • Jana

thats all I got as well, I’m starting the machine is mad at me or something

      • katee

        hahaha me too! 🙁

      • Q

LOL. I thought it was just me-The machine must be mad at me also. I keep getting the $2 off Nature Vitamins. 🙁

    • Nicole

Same for me. Everyone else gets these good coupons and it kind of makes me jealous.

      • guest24

Me,too. My machine gives crummy coupons (worthless to me). i was beginning to think the same thing. Every time I scan my card, I say….. “is that it?…” Yesterday was $1 off $5 cold remedy.

        • Susan

Since it was not clear form your post, I wanted to make sure that you do scan your cards multiple times until it says something like No more coupons available.

          • Kabby

I have only received the $2 off Nature Vitamins also, nothing else…scanned card again and tells me no more coupons for the day!!!! ugh!!! I like to see the machine spit out an arms lengthen of coupons…oh well, like the machine says try another day.

            • Elizabeth

This happened to me, too! Boo! At least I know I’m not the only one who feels unloved by the coupon machine! 🙂

          • Jana

yes, I always scan mine until the machine says “no more coupons/offers today” Which is usually on the second scan. Not going to complain though, I still get awesome deals.

    • jenice gutierrez

That is the only one I get too! I can scan my mom’s card and get different good one! I guess that machine hates us!

    • Infinityplus1

My husband and I were just discussing the same thing over breakfast. All I keep getting is vitamins (since Christmas).

  30. Mary

I got that coupon the other day too. Hoping for some better coupons next time.

  31. Cassy Frey

just wondering if anyone figured out the Brita Rebate? I filled out the challenge part but didn’t come across the rebate form anywhere…???

  32. kidsallgone

I scored some great deals at CVS on Friday evening 🙂
I shop for my 86 yr old mom, so I have her card with me and get her deals as well as mine.
When I got home, I checked my last receipt and I was expecting it to have a $3.50 ecb (for the vitamin D and a $.75 ecb for the m&m’s…but it didn’t 🙁 I had already done that deal with my card and meant to use my mom’s card, but mistakenly used mine again 🙁

Anyway….tonight I went back to CVS and explained what happened and that I wanted to return the two items and then purchase them using my mom’s card. The cashier went to do the return, but the register wouldn’t allow her to give me money back. She called the assistant manager and he said that they couldn’t give me money back because I used ecb’s to purchase the items and had only paid $.14. I said that I didn’t care to have money back because I was going to re-purchase them on my mom’s cvs card and could they just put it on a gift card. He still insisted that they couldn’t do that….blah blah blah.

Well I knew better (and also knew that he and the cashier were relatively new) but I didn’t want to continue insisting, so I said that I would return on Sunday when the manager was there. Hopefully she will know what to do 🙂

Makes me a little irritated that I have to go back to do this, but it was my own stupidness (that should be a word lol) that led to me being irritated, so I’ll just suck it up 🙂

I did call another cvs on the way home and explained the situation to the cashier and she said that I was right (at least with her and in her store) that they would give me the $.14 and put the rest on a gift card.

Can anyone advise me what to say to the manager when I go back Sunday in order for it to turn out the way I want it to?

Thanks for any comments and sorry this is sooooo long of a post.

    • Kabby

I sort of understand CVS on this…you use ECB, which means they belonged to the card used, as they are not transferable to another card….I also shop for my older parents and just use my card to do it all…we have all made mistakes or have over looked something…By the way only paying .14 cents OOP…that was great use of your coupons and ECB….awesome! Good luck however it turns out…keep cool at register. Good luck.

  33. agibb

Had a bad experience at CVS today. I couldn’t find the Rembrandt at my stores in Atlanta this week so stopped at a store out of my area. Found 1 toothpaste and 1 mouthwash. I had the 2 Rembrandt, 2 suave deodorants, 2 reach toothbrush, 4 axe body wash, 2 pk bic razors. Total $45 Gave the cashier the reach coupon it beeped, then the axe coupon and it beeped so he called the manager.

The manager came, cancelled the transaction and tried on another register. The .50 suave worked, the bogo axe coupon beeped again. The manager said she could’nt use the axe coupon because it beeped. I read the coupon, looked at the body washes, showed her I had the correct items, she still refused to use the coupon and refused to try the second coupon. The bic coupon worked then gave her the 2-$2.00 Rembrandt coupons. She used one coupon and handed me the second one back……SAID HER STORE ONLY ACCEPTS PRINTED COUPONS IN COLOR INK.

I showed her the coupons had different bar code numbers, she refused to scan the coupon. she would hold my items and go print it in color, then she would accept the coupon. I was floored, I asked for the customer service #, she told me to get it off my extracare card.

    Can’t wait until monday morning.

    • Jana

wow. I can’t believe she told you to get the customer service # off your extracare card! I hate shopping trips that go bad. I’m sorry.

    • Tracy H

The way the manager handled your situation is unacceptable. Plus, i just pulled out the CVS coupon policy and no where does it say you can only use coupons printed in color.
Hope you’re able to get some answers and decent customer serivce on Monday

      • agibb

Thanks, never that upset leaving a store trying to use a coupon. It was terrible customer service. I shop at CVS 2-3 times a week and never had a problem. I always print coupons in black ink but my son used the printer and a few printed in color. Color Ink is to expensive. Plus I missed out on the $10 gift card this week. Only needed another $4.

  34. Raeanne

The post cereal in so cal is 1.98 so after the coupon on coupon.com it was only .98!

    • Lisa

Which coupon are you referencing? I noticed a .55¢ coupon for the Cocoa Pebbles in todays SS 1/15

    • Lisa

      Nvm I found x-(

  35. Jas

Can I use a buy two get one free coupon together with $1 off 2 coupon for the Nabisco?

    • Shayla

No, my CVS will not allow the use of both coupons on same items.

  36. Bonoca

I think the best way to get good service is to establish a relationship with the cashiers at your CVS store (or any store for that matter). I live in Richmond, VA and the cashier at the CVS Carytown store named Amber is employee extraordinaire.

Whenever I walk in the door, she says hello to me by name. Yesterday she told me that the Christmas candy was 75% off and pointed to the aisle on which it was located. She told me how to sign up to get discounts on CVS beauty items.

Needless to say, Amber goes out of her way to make every customer’s experience a good one. So I wrote customer service a glowing letter about her and she got wind of it. She was so appreciative that I took the time to acknowledge what a good job she does.

So this needs to be your tactic…find that one (or two) employee(s) who provides outstanding customer service and take the time to write a letter about them. It doesn’t have to be long.

And then see what happens after that 🙂

    • Ashley

where do we send these letters? because I shop at rite aid the most so I’d like to say some nice things about some of their cashiers but I don’t know where to send them… thanks for any help 🙂

      • Bonoca

        Hi Ashley,

Go to this link and fill out the appropriate info on the form. You will need to type in the store number which you can find on one of your receipts.

I filled out a similar form for my cashier at CVS. It will get to the appropriate parties if you note the store and the name of the cashier(s). Hope this helps you!

        https://www.riteaid.com/contact_us/contact_customer_service.jsf

        • Ashley

thank you Bonoca! I’m going to write one today! 🙂

    • Sherry

I totally agree with you! I live in Southern Indiana and frequently call CVS Customer Service about the Great service I get from the cashiers at the CVS store I shop (1-3 times per/week).

We are always quick to complain, but how often do we call or write to say “Thank You” or “Good Job”?

    • jmartcougar

I always try to be nice to the cashiers but some of them are consistently rude lol

      • Bonoca

@martcougar–whenever I find a rude cashier, I will either kill them with kindness, or wait until my favorite cashier is available to wait on me. That way, the situation generally turns out good no matter what!

  37. Laurie M.

Looks like I didn’t get the Softsoap coupon 🙁 I guess it was regional??

    • Bonoca

      Laurie,

I think it was regional because I didn’t get it either in Richmond, VA. Are you in the same region?

      • Laurie M.

I’m in the Philadelphia region… oh well.

    • Valerie L.

I don’t believe that you can use this rebate form for purchases made at CVS. The rebate requires a, Proof of purchase (in the form of an original US Walmart store cash register receipt) must show products that you purchased (receipts cannot be returned).

Oh, thanks for pointing that out Valerie…..helps to read the fine print. 🙂

I can’t seem to find the almay coupon 1/1/12. Is it regional or am i looking in the wrong place.

  39. Toni

Can someone tell me where I can find the CVS Reinventing Beauty magazine? Is it kept in a certain place in the store? Is it free?

    Thank you!

    • irene

I had to ask the store manager. The assistant manager didn’t even know. He disappeared down the cosmetic aisle and came back to the register with it, so I’m not sure where it was displayed.

    • Laura

I think it’s about .99/$1.00, once in a while the coupon machine spits out a coupon for a free one!

    • Shayla

mine was located in the cosmetics aisle but not all stores carry them. Retail price $.99.

  40. Brianna

  41. Sari

Can any one tell me how the hersheys deal b2g1 would work with the b1g1 air delights?

Would I be able to buy 6 bars? b2g1 (paying for 4)
use 6 b1g1 qs and end up with 12 bars for the price of 4?

  42. Susan S.

Check your local grocery stores for a great coupon to use on the $30 gc promo.
It is $2 off wyb 1 coke 12 pk, 1 Nabisco crackers & 1 Planters nuts.
Then buy 4 12 pks coke, 4 bx. wheat thins/triscuits & 4 planters nuts. Pay $22 oop & receive a $10 gc. It is like paying $12 for all or $1 each which is a great price!!!

    HTH!

I went to 2 different CVS’s today and scored 12 12pks diet cokes and was able to get the $10.00 cash card. I used my cash card from last week and then got another today! This is the BEST deal for a Diet Coke Addict like me. The manager said only 8 12pks per day which I had to do in 2 transactions otherwise the last 4 would ring up at regular price. I guess I know what I will be doing all week.

Last week I got a CVS q for $4.50 off Rephresh tampons from the red machine. That makes my tampons free after EB. Did anyone else get this? I don’t have it in front of me, so I hope it didn’t expire already.

    Hey Collin!
I just wanted to say thanks! All your hard work has helped my family have more while spending less. I took a new job that pays less, but allows me to spend more time with my kiddos. To do this, I scaled back on spending and I appreciate you for helping us.

Today I spent $30 towards the CVS cash promotion. She told me my total was $33 something and then after my coupons and EB’s and tax it was $24.29. I did not receive my $10 CVS cash. Figuring I had done something wrong/ picked up the wrong kind of cracker or something and there was a long line behind me, I didn’t question what went wrong. I was pretty bummed though because I was going to use that money on my next transaction and pay only tax. So I get to the car and look at my reciept which says I need $7.50 to get the CVS cash. Can’t figure out what happened. I purchased 4, 12 pks of coke and 8 boxes of crackers. ANyone have a similar experience and can I do anything about it? Thanks!

    • mel

it seems that 3 boxes of the crackers didn’t count (2.50×3 = $7.50) Which ones did you buy? Could be one type wasn’t in the system.

      • Veronica A.

Hmmm, I can’t make sense of it. Bought 2 triscuits, 4 wheat thins and 2 ritz crackerfuls. It does seem like that is probably what happened. Gonna go back tomorrow, see if they can do anything for me

        • mel

that is odd! Hopefully they were able to correct it for you!

  47. Mary

I did the same deal with 8 boxes of Ritz crackers and 4 diet coke came to $30 and got the $10 CVS gift card. You should have gotten a $10 gift card coupon at the bottom of your receipt which needs to be turned in to get the gift card.

  48. Mary

Decided to fill out my rebates right away today and in looking over my receipt for the Britta pitcher found that the $4 coupon that I gave the cashier didn’t come off my receipt. Also I purchased 3 of the Glad scented oils that were supposed to be on sale for $5.00 each with a $4 ECB reward. 2 of the Glad scented oil rang up at $5 and the 3rd rang up for $6.29 and I didn’t get my $4 ECB reward. Ugh now I have to go back to the store again this week.

  49. Roxy

Was anyone able to get the Axe deal? My ad says excludes clearance items. I dont want to buy them if it wont generate the 4 ECB. How can I make sure?
