Magazines.com: Another Free $5 Check?!
Yeah! It seems that Magazines.com is at it again! I woke up this morning to an email in my inbox from Magazines.com with yet another unique $5 code which means another opportunity to request a $5 check in the mail. Woo Hoo!
If you are signed up to receive Magazines.com emails, then you may have gotten this same email… an email that you may have trashed thinking it was junk. So search this email address service@email.magazines.com to see if any emails pop up. Make sure to look in your trash and spam. The subject line of the email is “A Gift For You — Go Shopping On Us!”.
Basically the email will provide you with a unique code to score a $5 discount on your purchases! Even sweeter, in the fine print it states “Your promotional code has cash value”. This means that you can actually request a check in the mail! Just head on over here, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and fill out the form with your mailing info and gift card number. A $5 check will be mailed to the address you provide within 4-6 weeks.

OFF TOPIC but yesterday I received my $30 KitchenAid Mixer Rebate! The one we got when ordering from Kohl’s during Thanksgiving.
Now waiting for the other $12. magazine rebate that went along with the deal. Sweet!

Thanks Collin, I just got my first $10 check yesterday from the last time. I was amazed. I did not think I would end up receiving it. I got the $5 email a few days ago and looked at the bottom, but I did not see where it said that it had a value like the others so I trashed it. I figured they caught on. I am going back and check again. Thanks for the heads up.

I just looked. Mine is for a coupon code for $5, not unique. Today I got a mystery box savings with a bunch of discounted offers. But, I will still be on the lookout for a unique code!
Scroll down to the bottom & there is a link to trade the code in for the $5.

i RECEIVED THE COUPON CODE, BUT DON’T SEE A “GIFT CARD NUMBER”. WHAT AM i DOING WRONG? IT WON’T TAKE THE CODE. HELP!
I got the coupon code too. I searched the email for the trade in code for the $5 check. I didn’t see it. I did just get my $10 check in the mail from them the other day! Love Free money!
I also got a coupon code email and I also got the “gift for you email.” They are separate emails, the “gift card” has a unique code you can cash in and the coupon code is not unique, just $5 off your purchase. I didn’t get the emails last time, so maybe they sent it to a different group this time? Just guessing 🙂 HTH

I got this email, which is awesome because usually I don’t get the good ones. I redeemed it but it does say that it will be mailed out “upon approval”. I hope they let these go! 😀

I received an instant savings for $5. My email said to use the code JANDEAL to receive $5 off. I did not see any numbers anywhere. I did receive my $10 from the code back in December. I’ll keep an eye on my emails. Love free money too.
I got that one, too. This would have been a separate email with that specifies gift card.
I got an email that says it is a $5 coupon code and to redeem at checkout. I looked and looked and don’t see anywhere that says it is has cash value or how to request a check. Do you think my offer is something different or am I missing something? It appears to be only on certain magazines so it’s not really a gift card.

Looks like I only got the Jandeal code too….no cash value gift! Although I did find a cash code that expired 3 days ago 🙁 will definately be more cautious about reading these emails in the future!
I just got my first $10 check from them yesterday. I have not gotten my second $10 check that I requested at the same time. I wonder if I will get it, or if it was a limit of one per customer (around that time). (And I did not get today’s email that Collin is referring to.)

Just the $5 off magazine offer here as well. I did get my $10 check last week from the last time (and I filled out my second email for the $10 at the same time but I think the deadline had passed).
And to answer an earlier question, the sender shows as magazines.com (service@magazines.com) in my email and is found in the Ms if you sort by sender.

I know $ is great, but this is a GREAT way to get a good deal on All You 19.97- 5=14.97 (Plus 26% Cash Back on Ebates!). I get these emails on a VERY regular basis and would hate to quit because everyone took the cash value. I have also gotten Horse Illustrated before and Outdoor Life for my daughter and son for FREE, they LOVE getting it each month! I’m not complaining about ya’ll getting $ back, I’m just giving you some ideas.
