Can’t be out yet. Their wall says they only have 20,000 fans, but they are giving away 50,000. I’d wait a few minutes for things to settle down and try again.

It flashed the “try yours free” screen/graphic and then took it away! So close, yet so far!
They just updated their website saying they were having technical problems but are working on it. Said not to worry, everyone would get their samples!

Why does this continue to surprise every company that gives away high value coupons or samples that they will get 100k simultaneous users wanting one? Seems like everytime its the same story.
I guess its more annoying because I *am* a website engineer and I know exactly how to fix their problems, which for one would start with — don’t expect only 10 users an hour on a free offer.

I started trying when the post had been up less than a minute and it said the same for me and I’ve been trying it ever since!!
It took a while, but I just got it! First I kept getting ‘service unavailable’ so I opened 3 tabs in chrome & kept refreshing. Finally 2 tabs had the ‘get yours now’ link. I clicked on BOTH of them & both eventually came up with a form to fill out. I filled out the first 1 only to realize there wasn’t a captcha, so I went to the 2nd one. I filled in my info and clicked submit. I got a pop-up the first 5 times saying ‘sorry. we’re experiencing technical difficulties’ but I just kept clicking submit & it finally went through.
got it, persistence pays off. i used firefox and had a few tabs open to the page, which i kept refreshing. then try submitting. if it says it won’t submit, just leave that tab open and it will eventually submit itself and go through
Same thing happened to me. It went through after telling me it wouldn’t. I also had a bunch of tabs open b/c I couldn’t get the Captcha to show up
*sigh* so annoyed. Been at this for over an hour – constantly refreshing in 3 different browswers. the one time I got the form to load and finally got a captcha – it would never submit. I tried well over 2 dozen times 🙁
And I see people getting through.
and every time I get one page to load, it goes back to “service unavailable”. I don’t know how anyone got through 3 page loads! lol
well i have no after refreshing like a million times at least got to fill my info out but when hit submit says in pop up box unexpected error
I got this too. just press OK and submit again. It’ll go through eventually
don’t refresh. Just keep hitting submit until it goes through .If after you hit submit you don’t get a pup-up box, give it some time and it will go through.
First I get to the get one page, now the fill in your address page and back to the service not available.
