Fresh Market replaced Albertsons and is a completely different store, sadly. I recently moved from Utah (Provo area), and on Tuesdays Ridley’s (two in Orem) doubled coupons $0.50 or less, and rounded up coupons between $0.50 and $1 up to a dollar. Walmart started doing that on Tuesdays, as well. I’m not sure if both Ridley’s and Walmart do that anymore, but I’d check it out if I were you! 🙂
Fresh Market wasn’t double coupons at all before I left, but it’s possible they’ve decided to since I left…

collin, not sure if you’re aware that there are two different albertsons. although they initially stemmed from the same company- in 2005 or 2006 there were buyouts, splits mergers etc. there are SuperValue owned albertsons and albertsons LLC. you may want to site which albertsons store when you’re posting a deal because not all hipsters will get these albertsons “doublers” or other deals.
growing up in ID i was aware that there were major company changes to albertsons, but didn’t pay much attention until we moved to Texas and i tried to use my albertsons loyalty card there, they looked at me like i was crazy. i then looked up the company’s info and got it straight, but i’ve seen a lot of confusion in the coupon world because not everyone realizes there are differing albertsons.

yes, one is just Albertsons, and one is Albertsons Inc. 2 different websites, 2 different ads.
I love our Alb in Mt, but once we hit the south every year their Albertsons are different (and not so great of sales…), the offers are much different… which is a disappointment since we travel with 10 of our kids and like to get (need!) good deals!
I have never heard of our northern Alb doing this, but the stores like Fry’s and Safeway down south round coupons up to $1 all the time (it’s really fun shopping for me since they don’t do it at home…) Guessing this will be the southern Albertsons (the ones that don’t have shopper loyalty cards…).
I did a little research and it looks like my Albertsons is an “Albertsons Market” (found my location on http://www.albertsonsmarket.com instead of http://www.albertsons.com). I am in Louisiana. They are not doing the promotion, according to the new weekly ad, which their Facebook page directed people to for the answer to a question about this promo. I so wish they were!!
Florida stores are also considered Albertson’s Markets. They do not have a loyalty card any more and don’t usually have the same promos as Albertson’s in the western US.
darn it.. I figured as much! Louisiana here too! But we can keep hoping to one day get a store that doubles coupons around here! 🙂

I must have entered something the last time you posted the land o lakes egg coupon from vocal point because in the mail I get a half dozen egg carton with 6 75 cents coupons and one carton of eggs free coupon. I was so excited. What a great deal and the promotional people really put a smile on my face and my kids face. Just wanted to share.
Collin you have to post what awesome deals you get at Albertson’s. Also just so you know you can price match the ad at Walmart (Boise area) and find more deals. I went this morning to the Walmart on Garrity in Nampa (ID) and got 150.00 worth of stuff for only 46.00. Free paper towels, cheap dish soap, and cheap baby wipes yay! This store and the one on Overland in Boise are very coupon friendly. Just thought you would want to know since you are new to the area. Happy Couponing!!!!

The Apple & Eve button sd $1-2 but when the coupon printed out it sd $.55-1. This is a much better coupon because my store will double up to a $1, awesome!
My Albertsons says when I called that they are not doing this promotion and have not heard about it at all. Is this just a regional thing? Boo I wanted to do some great deals. 🙁
