My target lets me bring in my receipt and “missed” coupon from a previous day and they will credit me back the amount of the coupon. Hopefully yours does the same thing!

    • MG

Alicia – Target will often do a ‘missed coupon’ refund if you tell them right away so take it in today to Guest Services and ask!

Just wondering how you use this for a cleanse? Thanks! 🙂

For the Liver Shrinking Diet you drink a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch, and have a sandwich for dinner. Two slices of bread (Double Fiber Bread) and 3 oz of low fat deli meat with lettuce, tomato, fat free mayo and mustard. Drink only water or Crystal Light. I did this and lost 15 pounds in two weeks. It is tough at first but then it gets better.

How long do you do the liver shrinking diet?

      • alicia

The one I am doing is called the fruit flush. You’re supposed to buy the book with the instructions in it but if you search “fruit flush” on WebMD.com it explains it all out for you! =] It’s a 3 day flush. The first day you drink a 6oz. protein shake every 2 hours from 8am-4pm. Then you can have a salad for dinner. On days 2 and 3 you eat one serving of fresh fruit every 2 hours from 8am-4pm. Followed by a salad and a source of lean protein for dinner. That’s it…pretty simple and not as drastic as some others that i’ve done and read about! =]

It was around $20 at my Target for a giant tub but I’m not sure how much was in there.

Thanks. I usually get protein at Vitacost.com or Sam’s Club for about $0.50/serving (which has about 25-30 grams protein…this one is only 15 grams). So that’s my pricepoint. Think I’ll check it out at Target next time I go (me and my calculator).

My husband bought this too, it was $14.99 at our so cal Greatlands Target. I am printing my 2 coupons as he has signed up for a Biggest Loser challenge at his job. Everyone participating is putting in $10 and his boss told them that if they can get 30 employees to participate he will match it! $600 for getting lean and healthy sounds like a good incentive to me!

For those that just bought this, how many servings are in a container and how many ounces/pounds size is the container? Thanks!

Isn’t there a $2.75 target.com coupon? Not sure if it is manu or target…I haven’t printed it.

    • Danielle

The target.com coupon is for Pure Protein. It is a different brand.
