i filled out a form last time this was posted i believe like last year and never received mine. hopefully this time i do get it =D, kinda paranoid after i read a post where some1 said that there freebies in the mail where gettin stolen, i hope mine arent =/

That form was weird to fill out. If I checked “X” on the box that I was over 18 years old, it would say “invalid input” and the form wouldn’t submit. But if I left it blank (implying that I’m under 18 years of age), then the form when through and said i’ll get my sample in 4 weeks. Sort of weird.

yeah, that’s was really dumb…I also had to uncheck that I was over 18. Whatever…its says its on its way. I have always wanted to try this, so thanks!

I couldn’t get the form to work either. I e-mailed the company & asked for help.
