  Same here.. but the form is not working this time… But you all that didn’t get them, u can email them and tell them u didn’t get it.

    I’m not sure if I will receive one but I ended up unclicking the “18 years of age” option and declined to be on the mailing list and it went through. When I did have the 18 years or older question checked it said invalid. Hope it works!
