Ours were a little snug, also. I would recommend going up from your normal size.
I ordered two sweatshirts when they had a similar deal back in August…mine also ran small and the college logos on both sweatshirts were noticeably crooked. I returned both to the Finish Line at my local mall and got my money back.

I did this deal at Christmas, and the sizes do tend to run small and shrink a lot when washed, so I would recommend ordering a larger than usual size!
