Rite Aid: Free Photo Mouse Pad Shipped to Store ($9.99 Value!)

Through tomorrow, February 24th, Rite Aid is offering up a FREE single image Mouse Pad (a $9.99 value!). This would make the perfect gift for Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day or any day for that matter.
Here’s what you need to do:
First, Head on over to the Rite Aid Video Values site and watch the “Fuji-Rite Aid Photo-Save $9.99” video (this will take less than 2 minutes). Then just follow the directions below…
* After you watch the video, head over to the Rite Aid Picture Center
* Create an account or log in to your existing account
* Click on “Photo Gifts” and then select “Mousepads”
* Choose the $9.99 Mousepad
* Upload your image (you can even choose from 4 different themes like sports or live, laugh, love)
* Add the mousepad to your cart
* Head to checkout and be sure to choose in-store pick-up (if you prefer to have the items ship to your home, your shipping costs will be $5.95)
* Enter the promo code FREEPAD that you received after you watched the Video on the Video Values site
* Final Cost $0 for a custom photo mousepad shipped to your local store (a $9.99 value!) 😀

same.. do you think when you go to pick up you can just present the coupon for $9.99 off and that will make it free?
you need to select the coupon from VV like you are going to print it, when the coupon pope up, enter the code.

Ok I got it…when u watch the video..go to All rewards-select the Fujifilm coupon -Say Print- You can then see the promo code (in tiny print) -then you don’t have to print it. HTH!!

When you add the mousepad to your cart is it the generic pic they have on their site or should it change to the pic I am using? I’m just double checking..

Just ordered mine thinking I’d use the coupon, then realized the coupon expires before it will be ready. What can I do now?
Riteaid’s customer service is horrible! Spent 45 minutes trying to cancel this order. 2 customer service agents kept redirecting me to others people and I couldn’t get through. I had to send an email. We’ll see if they reply to that before the order is ready!

Did a little research from other sites and past free mousepad offers. Put the code FREEPAD in the promo area at checkout. Takes off $9.99 and, voila, you ship to store for free. Yippee!

I logged in but when I go to the photo center I’m not logged in. But when I hit the log in button it takes me back to the page to log in where I’m already logged in. Hope that makes sense lol! I don’t know what to do?
I am having the same problem! I spent 40 min with cust service and the gal is checking it out and going to email me what to do. She also said that the promo is for a bogo mouse pad even though the coupon does not say that. Not sure how everyone is getting a free pad. I really want this for my husband’s new office computer. HOpe we can get it sorted out!!!

This coupon that will appear under your rewards tab is not an actual coupon – it’s just instructions how to order a free mouse pad, using universal promocode FREEPAD. You don’t actually need to watch this video, but it is the most honest way I believe :))) Just select ship to store, instead of home delivery and your total will be $0. HTH

Having troubles logging in….I am logged at myritead.com and then I try to login at the picture center, it takes me to the page where I have to put my card number; as soon as I put my card no, it says already have an account. Then, I go to put the promo code, it says login to your account. I am going in circles..:(

Yes, mine showed the generic photo in the cart also. I went back to the edit page just to be sure, and my photo was still showing there, so I think all is well!
This has been asked earlier but no answer-
does the pad appear in your cart as the generic one on their advertisement? The photo I chose did not show up on the mousepad in my cart.

I did this at Xmas time and it appears as the generic picture in your cart but you will get whatever you ordered when you pick it up in the store. I agree, it is disconcerting.

hey i got my mouse pad but there are no Rite aid store in Houston tx 🙁
i thought it was weird my completed pad showed up generic, I cancelled it and re did , then went to check out .said i already used code! spent 30 min on hold and got transferred around. Lady in phot dept help desk said i should have deleted code out before getting out and getting back in to redo mouse pad. (how would i have known) she then said code is for home ship only at 5.99 and must buy 2 mouse pads to get 1 free???? huh?
I just called riteaid online photo support he said my order was correct in showing the generic pic at the checkout screen he said it doesnt show your personal pic at the check out screen so I did mine correctly according to online photo support. Hope that helps 🙂
