Ladies if you guys signed up for the 15 month moms free shoprunner deal by purchasing 50 dollars worth on Feb. 23… you should really check to make sure they gave you 15 months.
At first they only gave me 3 months free. I complained then they gave me 12 months. So I emailed again to complain and they insisted I call to resolve… so I had to call them to try to get this resolved. She said she’s writing some ticket to add three more months as promised and I should get an email in a few days… SO THAT’S WHY I FELT COMPELLED TO INFORM YOU GUYS!!!
Check your account now and if you don’t see 15 months call them. They won’t resolve when you contact them via email. I know it’s free but I feel if they mislead you about this what else is in store. I guess I read a whole lot of reviews about how they block your account if you purchase to much or something like that. I just felt the BBB gave them an F too so I just wanted to be safe to really know when I should cancel if indeed they do stink.
