It’s telling me the videos (John Frieda) are not available…!?

    • Jen

I was watching and earning mine at midnight!

      • Carol_R

        Me too.

  2. Jen

I did not receive the playtex email yet. Please let me know if you did.

    • sara

I received mine the following morning after I signed up.

      • Tamara

it can take 24hrs to recieve

    • margie

i couldnt find my playtex email either..its been 3 days. what i did was in my email search box i typed platex and up came the email..i guess it was lost in the middle of everything else.:) maybe you can find yours this way too if you also recieve lots of other emails.

  3. Sarah

Has anyone tried the diaper deal yet? I want to make sure it works before I go spend a lot of money OOP for it….

    • Ashley

Worked for me a few minutes ago. Both the $5 and $10 reward printed. I bought three packs of baby dry @ $9.99 ea. with three of the $1.50 printable mfrs. The only issue I had was that the coupons beeped and they had to have a manager verify. Don’t know why they didn’t scan, but they were legit.

    • margie

Yup..the pampers deal worked for me..i saw a lady in the parking lot when i got to my store and saw she was loading the pampers into her car, i asked her “Did it work?” she knew exactly what i was referring to and said YUP..go get yours too.:)

      • nicole

My coupons for the pampers wouldnt scan either.

        • lizard

Is it possible that the coupons that did not scan were the ones for the Swaddlers and NOT the ones on sale? I saw people trying to use the wrong ones and they beeped. The correct ones did not beep.

          • Jenn

My coupons beeped as well. They were the correct ones for the diapers I purchased. The manager on duty put up a HUGE fight with me. I eventually won bc I asked for the coupon policy and she couldn’t find it but stumbled across a page from corporate with the pampers printable coupons saying they were required to accept them even if they beeped….she huffed and puffed but did it anyway.

            • mj

              wow….good 4 U!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. karen

Does anyone know what would happen if i returned an item i got yesterday and used UP REWARDS to pay for? It also produced the $20up from reaching my 100 total. I bought 2 hydro silk razors only to come home and find 3 in my mailbox! (dont know how i got 3 at once!).
Anyone had to return something like this before????

    • Melissa Potocnik

I tried to immediately return a transaction once that I had used Ups to help pay for and they wouldn’t give them back! I called corporate and had them tell me their ridiculous policy of how they see Ups just like qpons and once redeemed they couldn’t be used again. That’s nonsense! I explained that if I get my qpons back, I can use them again, ergo, it should be the same with Ups. Apparently, once the code is scanned on the Up, it invalidates it. After a small go round they made it so those Ups would print at my next transaction.

      • karen

urg, sounds like it will be trouble, then.
I guess I’ll just keep them in this case.. they cost me $2 out of pocket each, so probably not worth the trouble :-/
        But thank you Melissa!

        • Lesley

I’ve returned things that were paid for with UP rewards and I’ve gotten 100% of the value back. It probably depends on the store you shop at, but the 2 by my house both give the full cash value.

    • pat

It all depends on your store…Our store manager knows us because we shop there alot, so they will refund the full amount in cash…but we have shoppped at other stores and they act like they can only refund what you “actually paid”…and some put the full amount of refund on a gift card…it all depends on the store and the manager…Now before I would take only what I paid minus my ups, I would DEMAND the full amount be put on a gift card …hope this helps

  5. MeMe

So I did the diaper deal today and the $10 didnt print out! It says that I had already received my P&G reward for this. Just to make sure, I also purchased a crest toothpaste, and same thing…no $10+up. Very annoying. Now I have to contact corporate again for my +ups. This will be my second time contacting them. The first time, my $20+up winter rewards didnt print. *Sigh*

    • sonlyfordeals

      Meme,

How many diapers did u buy? I am asking because if u bouhgt 3 it wud not print cos in some stores, like mine, the total is after the coupons. I bought 4 diapers and my $10 and $5 did print.
      HTH

  6. Stephanie

Anyone know why the March Video Values havent come out yet?

  7. Lindsey

My store does not carry the 1ct Softlips so no moneymaker there! Bummer!!!!!

    • Nisie

The up reward is not orinting for the soft lips but still a good deal

      • Beth

The UP printed for me this morning!

        • Jami

I don’t even see where this UP is advertised. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    • Cindy

My store didn’t have the Soft Lips either. However, they also did not have the coupon in the ad.

      • Jenny D.

The coupon is on the bottom left corner of page 8. It also has skin care products in the picture.

        • Summer

Thank you so much for being specific! I looked twice and couldn’t find it.

  8. Jen

My store has youth code cleanser on order this week but I got a rain check and the rebate is good till may! Also no soft lips 1 ct 🙁 I checked 2 stores

  9. Jackie

    There’s a $3 optic white toothbrush q in the march video values…better than the in-ad q!

  10. Colleen

I didn’t see the John Freida coupon in my SS… yet my Rite Aid circular says to look in most sunday papers to save 🙁 I live in NJ, anyone else not find it? I looked five times… 🙁

    • Kari@Small Budget Big Dreams

Colleen, I’m in Hoboken. My Jersey City Journal didn’t have the JF coupons, but my Star Ledger did. I guess it just depends on which paper you get?

      • sonlyfordeals

Colleen, I bought New York Post, I did get JF coupons.

  11. Mo

I saw a post on here last night that was wondering if the $5 UP would print with the diaper deal I think so I just wanted to leave a note that I did the deal this morning in Fort Collins CO (Northern CO) and it did print both the $10 UP and the $5 UP. HTH!

    • Lesley

I’m in Michigan, and the $5 and $10 UP rewards also printed for me when I bought 3 packages of Pampers :).

  12. Marissa

Can anyone tell me where the Pamper deal says that if you spend 25$ you get 5 up rewards by the 6th? I want to be able to have it in case it doesn’t print!
    THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  13. Carol_R

The +UP reward didn’t print for the Softlips. They only had the 2 pack which was $3.99 each so I just returned them immediately. If you needed that I guess with the $3 off it could be considered a good deal but I’ve gotten tons of free or practically free lip balm already.

    • Meridethscott

did you buy 2 packs? The deal was only for 2 packs.

  14. Gio

Look around for the softlips, at first I went to the cold section and they only had the 2 packs, but then I found a small section near the lotion aisle with single softlips beeswax, I purchased 2 and received the Up reward.

    • Colleen

I did the same thing, and since they were 1.99ea (the single pack of beeswax ones) I spent 3.98 – 3.00 coupon = .98 and got back $3 in RR!! I took my boyfriend with me and he was so happy that I MADE money buying lip balms!!!

  15. jenn

there was only one softlip left in my rite aid :(( ruin my scenarios

  16. Christine

The $10 +UP P&G reward for the diapers deal did not print for me 🙁 I’m in Madison, AL

  17. Melissa

Just wanted to share my experience at Rite Aid today and see how others have handled this. I was told today they only accept 4 coupons per transaction (1 had 5 coupons, 1 store coupon from the sales paper and 4 manufacturer) he told me he would do it “this time”. I wanted to do 2 transactions and was told I can only do 1 transaction per visit.
I am 7 months pregnant and had little patience to debate this with my two toddlers in tow so I just replied ” you sure have a lot of rules since I was here last!” and left my cart full of items for transaction #2 (same amount of coupons, 5) for him to put back on the shelves.
To be honest I haven’t shopped there in months because the deals aren’t that great since they did away with the $3 off $15 surveys and $5 off $25 coupons that were so easy to get a year ago. A little irritated to have wasted my time and I don’t see any of these “new rules” in the coupon policy. Would you call and complain or is it a waste of time as well? Thanks!

    • Renee

I would definitely complain. How rude!!

    • Madea

That is totally rude. PLEASE DO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE.
The cashier at my local Rite Aid is also a painnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn. I mean it. She just doesn’t like me. Every time I walk in the store, she would look away and not greet me at all. She is an older lady and I know that I have never ever given her a hard time even though she messed up my transactions a couple of times.
i.e. I remember that ones I gave her the RA rebate for $14 to use on my $55 transaction and she entered the whole amount of $55 under the rebate and then OF COURSE I ended up staying there for good 15 to 20 minutes before they could figure out what to do. The manager was nice enough to apologize and she did point out the cashiers mistake.
I love couponing but truly HATE it sometimes. I don;t know why. IT seems like I am committing a crime every time I use my coupons. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh…hate it … frustrated.

    • jane

I have been couponing over a year now and have been working at Rite-Aid since November. I am really sorry for the bad exsperience that you had at your Rite-Aid. I can tell you that you were definately right. You can use as many coupons in one transaction as you like as long as you do not have more then 1 manufacturer , 1 Rite- Aid video, and 1 coupon out of the flyer per item. You can also do as many transactions as you like. I dont always get a chance to see all the deals that are on so i personally love to see my fellow couponers come in. I would definately complain to Corporate or to the Manager of that paticular store. The cashier was not only rude to you but also totally in the wrong and definately needs to be trained in our coupon policy. I hope you give Rite-Aid another chance. Not all Rite-Aid Stores are like that. 🙂

      • Sharon

I too would complain. I plan to because I went in today and they had some of the Kushy foots at my store for 50% off so the $3.99 ones were $1.99 so I expected to get it free with the In Ad coupon being adjusted down. The cashier absolutely refused to take the coupon and when I mentioned that other RA would adjust the coupon down she got huffy and said they shouldn’t do that. I again checked their coupon policy and it says clearly that it should be adjusted down to selling price. I really think it depends on the cashier/store and how they interpret the policies.

    • karol

I would absolutely call and complain! 1 800 Rite Aid they will solve thr problem

  18. Heather

The $5 RR did not print for me for the pampers deal. I bought 2 packs of diapers and 2 packs of wipes so I would for sure be over $30 and then I didnt get the $5. I read its on pampers so I assume the wipes count? Where is there a description of the promo? Anyone get the RR with wipes?

    • Melissa

Yes, I purchased 3 packs of diapers and the $5.99 Pampers wipes and received both RR’s.

      • Heather

Thanks so much! I went back and they gave me $5 back in cash.

    • DeAnna

I purchased the wipes and only got the $10 UP. No $5. Maybe they aren’t included?

    • shammer1980

I too would like to know where the description of the pampers deal is. I recieved the $10 UP but not the $5…..

    • JK

I purchased 4 packs of pampers (only because I had an additional $5 off coupon from our “kid stuff” book sold through the school as a fundraiser), I used that coupon and (4) $1.50 off pampers manufacturer coupon… plus I ended up throwing in a hershey candy bar that my 7 year old begged for. My total after all coupons was $29.55 & I still got both the $5 up and the $10 up. Maybe the wipes were not included.

      • kathy

The small 72ct I believe count for the monthly UP. Larger packages are a no go.

        • kathy

Make sure you buy the Pampers before 3/6, that is when the monthly UP is all over. (at least that is RA’s pattern.)

  19. Dawn

Is the spend $30 in P&G and get a $10 UP Reward before or after coupons?

  20. Donna

I got a great deals on the dickinson witch hazel 16oz. Rite aid has a 2 dollar off in-add coupon plus there is a 2 dollar coupon attached to the bottle and also you get a 1 dollar up-reward when you buy one. So when i bought it it rang up at 5.36 ( i have a 20% discount on my card) and after the coupons and up-rewards it came out to $0.36 cents a bottle

  21. stephanie

Went to my local rite aid and tried to purchase the sally hansen nail clippers for 4.29. Had the 3.00 off in ad coupon and the 2.00 off coupon from all you mag in tow. I was told that b/c the coupons over-exceeded the value of the coupon that I coupd not use both. I stated that they could adjust the value of the coupon, but was told that they could not. I came home and read the coupon policy, but it was a little bit confusing. Can someone please explain this policy to me, or better yet…were the cashiers wrong? If they were, I plan on going back tomorrow!

    • amber

They’ve adjusted coupons for me in the past. As far as I know, it is still their policy. They prefer to adjust the Rite Aid ones before the manufacturer’s ones.

      • stephanie

Thx! That is what I gathered when I read the policy, but wasn’t sure! I am most definitely going back tomorrow morning, w/coupon policy on my smartphone. I sometimes get the feeling that when you go into these stores, armed w/your binder and coupons that the cashier becomes annoyed with you. And that was def. The attitude that was given off today!

  22. Amberly

For this deal: Vicks Nyquil or Dayquil or Nature Fusion $5.99, can I use the $2/1 Vicks product coupon (from the P&G brand sampler) AND the Buy 1 Vicks product get 1 Puffs free coupon (from the 3/4 P&G insert)?

  23. Donna

I also got a great deal on the sunglasses . For some reason when i bought them it rag up by one get 50% off so they were 7.99 regular price i bought 4 pairs (i did 2 separate transactions ) for 23.96 used four 5 dollars off for a total of 3.96 for 4 sunglasses. Then at the bottom of my receipt i got a 10 dollar up-reward. The manger told me that since i came early last week sale probably did not fully change over. Lucky Me 🙂

  24. Mia

Tried to do the John Frieda deal today but only the shampoo and conditioner were on sale the rest of the products were full price at $9.99 – not a goood deal even with coupons.

    • Susan

No–the $6.99 root boost rang up as $4.99, just like the shampoo and conditioner. The $9.99 regularly priced styling products were not on sale.

  25. Lynn

For the colgate toothbrush deal, can you stack the in ad coupon and adperk coupon together?

    • Lynn

I mean the the $3/1 optic white (adperk) and the $2/1 (in-ad)

      • whatsthedeal

You have to look at the numbers on the qs. If one is RC49 and one is RC48 you can use both. If they are both RC48 or RC49 you can only use one. You can always stack either an RC48 or an RC49 with a mfr coupon.

      • andrea

        worked for me

        • Wherethedeaal

It is against the ra policy though and the clerk could get in trouble. You should not do this as it can end up hurting everyone in the end.

    • Meridethscott

      Can’t stack 2 “rc 49” coupons.

  26. andrea

My RA took In ad coupons and VV coupon together so free colgate tb. Didn’t combine with any MQ. Also got Stride gum 2/2 had .50 peelies and then the vv- so 2 packs of gum for .50.
I don’t think there were any beeps for these.

  27. Ryan

I was very happy today at my Rite Aid. For the Soft Lips deal, my cashier had me use 2 in-store coupons, so it turned into a $5.02 moneymaker. For my store, the single pack of Soft Lips was on a sidecap near the lotion aisle near the front of the store. The cashier showed it to the other workers to show them that they do sell them because no one working this afternoon knew about them when a previous customer asked. My store also had quite a bit of make-up on clearance for 75% off. I scored 3 packs of diapers, 2 soft lips, 1 sippy, 4 nail polishes, and 2 gallons of milk for $36, and recieved $18 back in Ups.

  28. Nichole

My $2 off John Frieda coupon says excludes Full Repair products 🙁 Isn’t that what the deal was for??

  29. calhounscoupons

So, went to Rite Aid today and did the pampers deal, got a 5 dollar UP reward and a 10 UP reward. While looking over what to spend those two UP rewards on this week I started getting very confused. The reward states good on 1 purchase only of at least 10$ (or 5$ for the second UP reward) of eligible product. Does this mean I can get lots of smaller items that add up to at least 15 dollar before tax, use both of these UP rewards, or does it mean I have to buy one product that is at least five dollars and one product that is at least 10 dollars? For example, I was going to get some head and shoulders, crackers, and beans which all came to about 16.45, so after UP rewards, I would pay 1.45 plus tax? Is this right? Or do I have to buy one item 10 dollars or more and one item 5 dollars or more? HELP PLEASE!

    • sara

Yes, your scenario above is fine! For the Up Rewards you just have to use each individual reward in 1 transaction. So, you could go tomorrow, buy $5 worth of any products you want (does not have to be just 1 product) and pay anything beyond that $5 plus tax. THen you could hold on to the other $10 for another time if you want, but again, have to spend that entire $10 in 1 transaction (on as many items as you choose). But, you can use them both together just as you planned to above.

      • calhounscoupons

Thank you so much for all your help Sara. 🙂

  30. Izabela Zieba

Today I did Pampers deal and for me did not print $5 +Up Reward when you buy $25 worth of Pampers items (ends 3/6!). I have only 10 +UP.

  31. vanessa

So I have a question on the softlips deal. I went today and got 2 softlips but I could only get 1 because its 1 per person I guess? SO can anyone tell me how this deal will work? Thank you! 🙂

  32. Izabela Zieba

where can I find monthly +ups (pampers one)? Help please

  33. Izabela Zieba

How can I show cashier that I’ am missing 5+UP Monthly Reward for purchasing $25 of Pampers item??? Can someone help me with this PLEASE.

    • shammer1980

I would love to know too! I can’t find it anywhere!

    • Julie

call the 1-800 Rite aid number and they can look it up by your receipt and mail the Eb’s to you if you qualified

  34. Beth

At my RA the smaller Jergens lotion is not part of the B1G1 50% off, only the larger sizes, which of course cost more!

    • Julie

Dollar General has the smaller bottles on sale this week $2 off it says in ad. I think this will be a good deal with your coupons

  35. Nicole

I just did the deal in western NY state and after buying 3 pampers it printed both the $5 and the $10 +UP’s 🙂

  36. Patti

I just got the $10. and $5.00 ups at two stores in Central Mass. (Used my sisters card whom the diapers are for and my card) but yes, you still get both ups.

  37. Heather

I absolutely love my Rite Aid (I’m in Lake Oswego, Or). I just returned an electronics item over the weekend that wasn’t working properly, without a receipt, and they just went ahead and exchanged it for a new one. I’m sorry so many of you are dealing with difficult employees!

  38. Melinda P

Question about the pampers deal, I did it and got the $10 UPR and the $5 UPR, but it started tracking again with the overage. Does that mean anything? Like the limit could be higher than 1? (Does this question even make sense the way I worded it?)

    • Ashley

the monthly $5 up reward that expires today you can do another one but the weekly $10 up there is a limit of one. So you can get anothet $5 up,if you spend $25 but not another $10 for spending $30

      • Melinda P

        Thanks Ashley!

  39. Rachel

I Love my local Rite Aid!!! I went today and did the Baby deal and P&G deal and also some of the above great deals. First I got a box of Valentines for 49c, 2 cadbury eggs 25c ea., 2 Reeses eggs 25c ea., Bliss Choc eggs 99c, Kfoot socks 59c, Sally H NailClips Free, Prestige eyeliner 55c, Playtex sippy 29c, 2 Arm and Hammer spinbrushes 7.49 BOGO= 3.49 for both, oragel paste BOGO3.99= 1.99 for both…Total =$8.89 +tax!!! Got back 6 ups! Then did diaper deal=2 pampers diapers, 2 wipes – 6 ups=$22.21…plus 15ups! Grand total=$35.27 and 15 ups!….Great trip! I acutally got different toothbrushes b/c they were out of the BOGO ones but the manager said she could substitute the others and I also had to go back for the 5 ups deal…but I love my RA they are always great to me!

  40. christy T

did any one else have problems with there loreal printing i spent 32 and it shows on my recipets i have 32 toward it but my ups didnt print need to go in and see if they can see why i hate when they dont print

  41. Angela

The 4 pack of cadbury eggs…does anyone know if they are 8 oz? I was wondering if this would work:

    Buy 3 Cadbury Egg 4 packs 2/$5 = $7.50
Use the printable coupon save $2 when you buy 3 reese’s, hershey’s miniatures, kisses, cadbury (8 0z or larger)
    get $1 Up
    making them $1.50 each

I know it’s probably not the “best” deal but I love these little eggs! They are my fave! I’m just wondering if they qualify for the coupon.

  42. Coupz

I had been to Rite Aid yesterday….was very frustrated to not find anything…I mean absolutely nothing…It is the only RA I go to because it is the closest. No Sippy Cups, No softlips , No Loreal. Just got the diapers and wanted to let you all know got both the $10 & $5 UP(in NJ).

  43. squarejellybean

I did the pamper deal and I got both Ups $10 & $5 …………… also I did the Loreal deal and got my$10 up. But the revitalift was 24.99 + 7.99 + 3.99=36.97 – 17coupons=19.97-10ups-10rebate= .03 cent money maker, still good tho. But was not able to use 2 rite aid small coupons together for the soft lips & playtex. Cashier said 1 per customer, so I said if I walk out the door can I come back in purchase another she said not if I’m here 🙁 so no ups for the softips for me. So $170.00 worth of products for $15.00(after $10 loreal rebate) because I started with $30 in ups. Very Happy with deals today. Thanks Collin & team 🙂

    • Nicole

    • Patti

I didn’t know there was an ups, but I just got mine for .19 after the coupon, so thats good for me! I’m so glad I keep relooking that flyer. I do better and better every time go.

Collin: You may want to revise the L’Oreal Revatalift/Youth Code scenario. The rebate is only for Youth Code and Revitalift Clinical Repair 10 products — the regular Revitalift won’t work, it has to be Clinical Repair 10. Also, the VV coupon is only for Clinical Repair 10 products, not regular Revitalift products. There are 2 Clinical Repair 10 products carried by RiteAid, and both are $24.99. You can still use all of the coupons and get the rebate as long as you purchase the Cllnical Repair 10 products, but it won’t be a moneymaker.

Thanks for pointing this out, Kim. I just updated the scenario.

I was just wondering if the $5vv from feb you are using (revitalift) would work or is it a different item?

I am pregnant with my first, and due in the next two weeks, I’d love to do the pampers deal, but don’t want to bother if the ups aren’t working today-has anyone gotten the ups to work today since today is the cut off?-thanks!

    • Colleen

I was at Rite Aid today getting some great deals. I needed a small magnifying glass. I bought the Zoom Magnacard- about the size of a credit card and has a small light. The price on the package was $4.99. When I looked at my sales receipt, it was on sale for $2.49 PLUS I got $2.00 +UP. Final cost $ .49 ! I love to get “surprise deals” !

    Here’s the deal:

    Use $3 RA in-ad Q
    $1.81 MM ea ~ buy 4 = $7.24 MM ~ yay!
