This is the best company! I highly recommend them. All my kids have memory keepers and the quality is great. I always get something when they have the free codes. I’m a bit addicted 🙂 Their photo books are good too. Usually when they have these codes they can be used as many times as you want, you just have to do separate transactions and pay for shipping. Their shipping rates just went down too! Yeah!

It’s working! My shipping was $10.75. It started out at $14-something, but then after the promo code, went down. Kind of weird! I still wish it was around $8 or $9, but I still bought it! I love these. 🙂
I noticed the same thing about the shipping. I started to check out once, and it said that the shipping was 16.95. Then I had to go back and edit something, and when I went to check out again, the shipping was 12.95. That is a big difference….

personally I have found that if you try to order after their business hours you get a much higher rate…like earlier today my shipping was 12 and right now it is almost 17…I’ve called them several times regarding this and while helpful I am not sure they believe me…so i would wait until tomorrow after 11 or 12 (they are like mountain time or something) and see if the shipping is lower before ordering
That is so weird – I’d never noticed that before, but you’re right. I tried to order a couple of recipe books last night (with a gift card) and the shipping was $9 for two books and today it was $6. Good to know!
oh, but when I put the promo code in and go back up to shipping it has changed back to around 12…it is just weird to me…why would there be a difference…on a more positive note…I love their stuff their photo sticky things are really wonderful and their cards are impressive!

I just ordered two in a row…about 10 minutes apart, as they are so easy to design and I already knew which photos I wanted to use. For the first box, my shipping was $9, and for the second, literally 10 minutes later, it was $14 to the same house??? Their shipping makes me so mad, however, their products are such good quality!!!!
You are getting two of their products for free. I think a five dollar difference in shipping is a small price to pay.
Yes, but I think a company should have consistency and should listen to their clients when they try to let them know that they are getting such disparate quotes on the same product within a 10 minute spread… I think they are very generous for the codes and that their products are great but it would make much more apt to buy without a code of I thought they were attentive of these disparities…
Great shower gift! Just ordered one ($13.48 shipping for me in PA) for my sister’s 1st child which is due in 7 weeks. Her baby shower is coming up in 2 1/2 weeks, would be nice if I could get it before then. I got the boy colored dot one and got his (baby’s) first and last name put in it since my sister already knows the gender and the name for her little blue bundle of joy.

I must be computer iliterate, l am creating a memory box and cant figure out how to add the photos to front of box, l upload 3 photos and then it says choose a album or create a new onw, but there is nothing in drop box. Not very user friendly for me!
I have always had that problem with them. I have one album that was the first I ever created and now I can only add photos to that folder, because no matter how many times I try to do a new folder, the folder always comes up empty. So strange. I tried to talk to customer service about it when it first happened last year and they didn’t really believe me, I think (or, rather, thought I just don’t know how to upload photos).

Thanks COlin this will come in great as I made one for my grandkids who are coming from California to our home in GA for the summer. So it will be great for them to put all their little things that they will collect while here for summer vacation to be able to look back on in the future. However their shipping is crazy I paid almost 14 for it to get shipped.

My shipping was 9.06 to oklahoma.. I think the shipping might also have to do with how much you want on the box…
That can’t be right—it should be based on weight and distance to your house, not how you design the pictures on the front!
Actually the same thing happened to me. One design would be $14 to ship. I switched designs and it was $10 to ship. Bizarre but true 🙂 (and this was all within ten minutes)
I ordered 2 of the exact same item. The first one shipped for about $10 and the second one for $14. Same product, same address, same shipping method. I’m not sure how they determine their shipping price.

I had the same issue with shipping. First one was over $15, then I made a second 30 minutes later, and it was $10. Still excited over the deal though!
