yes! Maybe this will help my dark circles. I’m only 22 and look like I have two black eyes all the time. I dont sleep well at all so I know that factors in. Any of you hip ladies have any ideas on ways to lighten some of the dark circles? TIA!
uggh I feel your pain! allergies, insomnia, and really fair skin….not quite the best combination lol
Best I have found is cold tea bags and extremely lightly shimmered concealer (aka cheap liquid concealer and cheap skin tone powdered eyeshadow mixed together – I’ve experimented haha)

Look up the symptoms for Adrenal Fatigue. If you have trouble sleeping, dark circles under your eyes and have been under any periods of stress in your life, this may be the problem. It was for me. The main thing I have done to turn it around is change my eating habits and supplement with viamins. The eating plan is similar to the Paleo plan Colin has been on with a few changes to boost adrenals. Check out the symptoms list on myadrenalfatigue.com and see if it makes sense to you.
Thanks! That could be it. I dont eat great (junk food) and am ALWAYS STRESSED! I have really bad anxiety too. What are the vitamins you used to help with this?
make sure you’re not iron deficient (anemic). That can cause dark circles, too. I have awful dark circles no matter what I do. I eat well, get enough sleep and exercise, but nothing will get rid of them. I just use a good concealer to hide them. I like Merle Norman concealer and Prescriptives Camo Creme.
