Read the reviews before you get this!! Looks like not good reviews and the rebate is iffy at best.

Wow! Those are some bad reviews. I only looked at the Amazon reviews before buying. Luckily I ordered through Shoprunner, I might turn around and return it right away.

Just to warn you, newegg.com has horrible customer service if you end up having a problem. In the midst of filing a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau.
I’m sorry that you had an unfortunate customer service experience there, but I have ordered from them many a time with no problem. I have had to use their customer service for returning defective computer parts after building my new computer (of no fault of theirs), and they sent me replacements before I even had to send mine back to them.
I can’t speak for the Marketplace section of Newegg, but if you order directly from them, you should not have any issues.
If this headset is anything like the Samsung WEP470, then I would suggest passing on this deal. I used this headset for VOIP for online gaming with my friends, and after about two weeks, it completely stopped functioning. It was quite uncomfortable in my ears from the moment I put it in, but after another hour of wear, it becomes almost unbearable.
