Does anyone have the number to call to combine subs? i have emailed both the magazine and the company offering the subscriptions for like 4 months now, and neither will respond to me emails…. 🙁
i just keep signing up and they keep extending my subscription. i’ve done this at least a half dozen times and i still only get one magazine every month. hopefully the same happens for you!
I have signed up probably the same amount of times as you. I hope they have extended it. I will have to check my recent issue and see what it says on the address label for my expiration year. Thanks for the reply!

Danii, look in the magazine’s masthead (the staff listing) and find the fine-print paragraphs at the bottom for subscribers. Call the toll-free number for subscribers. Don’t use email.

ok, she put me on hold and asked her manager. She said that they can’t do anything that you actually have to call the company who is offering the deal (RewardsGold) and they are the ones who extend it. 🙁
I called Shape before and they extended mine. I would just call back, like you didn’t call the first time, but I might wait until I got my next issuse, and check the date first. They probably do not have recored of the new subscription yet. They told me that when I called before that when they pulled up my name and address they seen 3 subscriptions and then were able to combine.

i always get extended you dont need to call
how do you know if you get extended tho? i mean if it’s a 2 year subscription do you really remember when its supposed to end. If you do then you are awesome i love the magazine and i hope it gets extended!! 😀
