  I don’t know what server y’all are using, but I tried yesterday for hours with Safari and it
  never worked. When I switched to FireFox, it went through immediately. Hope that helps! 🙂

  It was a MAC/Apple Safari problem. Kristi is right – it worked in Firefox!

  i was able to do it from my htc. Do you have your settings set to mobile version? If so just unclick and will load as a normal web page. hth

    I got an error yesterday after I had already put in all my information. Today, when I went to put my information in again, it said my beauty bag was on it’s way! 🙂 Yay! So maybe if you get an error, just try again later and see what it says.

  1. Open up your Safari Web browser.
  2. Go to the Safari menu and choose ‘Preferences’ from the list of choices.
  3. Click on the Security heading.
  4. Check the box marked ‘Block pop-up windows’ if you would like Safari to block all popups. Safari will then ask if you would really like to change the setting.
  5. Click on the ‘OK’ button in order to change the setting.
