Head over to the Domino’s Facebook page, “like” them and then click on the Artisan Pizza Giveaway tab. The first 20,000 fans to fill out the required information will each snag a FREE Artisan Pizza (a $7.99 value!).
Keep in mind that you will have the option to order the free pizza immediately or to request the free pizza at a later date. If you choose to order your free Artisan pizza at a later date, just click on the “Order Later” button and you will receive an email that will provide instructions on how to redeem your free pizza. The free Artisan pizza offer is valid for carryout only and is valid at participating stores only and must be redeemed on www.dominos.com by 4/18/2012.

I got one yesterday and got my email almost immediately….then gave it to my sis across the country! She picked it up before she the kids from school and told them Aunt Debby sent pizza! They were so happy!!! Tnx for posting!

I never received an email so I emailed customer service and they emailed me a code to use during checkout for my free pizza. Woo!!
