i have a question for other shopathome members..i have been a member for about 6 months now..and i am “supposedly” sopposed to have all this cash back all the time and i always have a high cash back balance but ive never received a check off them like they say im supposed too..ive never contacted them but i need to so i can see whats going on..has anybody else had this issue?
I haven’t but I’m not up to 20 yet when u look at details how much does it say ur balanc is and if it’s over 20 does it say a check has been sent

Have you put your address in your account or verified it? They can’t send you a check if you haven’t done either of those things.
True! I just checked mine and I had not verified my address. Once I did, I read in my account that the check will be mailed soon!
yea..my address had been verified..everything is fine..ive just never received an actual check..the last one i had was sopposed to be for 33.47 .then the next check amount is sopposed to be 78.09…but ive never got a check..im going to call them…when it comes to calling company’s im a big procrastinator i hate having to call customer service lol..thats probably the reason why ive left this for so long lol..im going to call today to see whats going on..thank you all for your input xoxo
I think I had to verfiy my address to get the cashback (requirement from them). Click on Community Tab then Cash Back Address tab…then click on verify address. see if that works. otherwise, i’d call them.

Sometimes you have to request your cash back by providing your track back number if it did not post automatically to your account. Go under myShopAtHome.com on the top right of the page and scroll down and look on the right side for track backs. You can provide this number along with your confirmation number to get you cash back.
Do you receive $2 back of each one if you purchase more than 1?

I love shop at home!! Sometimes the cash backs take a few months to be out of the “pending” stage, but after a little time, they have been 100% accurate for me. . .
It depends upon the retailer – if they have a generous return policy then Shop At Home has to wait for that to expire. I guess they have to protect themselves from people making large purchases, getting the cash back then returning the item! HTH
It’s a good idea to keep track of the amounts you are supposed to get back. I just contacted them about a credit amount that was incorrect (not as much as it was supposed to be – the 3rd time this has happened to me). In the past they have correctly credited me – one time saying I purchased the Wild Deal after it expired (which I hadn’t). As long as I’m keeping track & they correct it when wrong, I’ll keep doing their deals. If they get to a point where they refuse to correctly credit me, I would discontinue using shopathome.

I have never had an issue with shopathome! Love them! 🙂 I’ve received several checks! It does take a while to get them though.. once you’ve met the $20 requirement it’s typically a month later that the check is mailed. They have a chart on their site that shows when checks are mailed once the balance has been met.
This is the first time I’ve used shopathome and I think I’ve already messed up. 🙁 I created an account and the site redirected me to the body shop where I placed my order, but I don’t see any 2.00 credit in my shopathome account. Help!
You did it right if you clicked the link through the shopathome website. You will get an email after a while notifying you of your account credit.

Sometimes it can take a bit of time to get the email. I have got them from a week to up to a month after making my purchases. HTH!
