Magazines.com: Request Another Free $5 Check?!
Yeah! It seems that Magazines.com is at it yet again! Although I was not personally the recipient of one of these emails today (darn!), reader, Tharen, just emailed me about the fact that she received an email with another unique $5 code, which means another opportunity to request a FREE $5 check in the mail. WooHoo!
If you are signed up to receive Magazines.com emails, then you may have gotten this same email… an email that you may have trashed thinking it was junk. So search this email address service@email.magazines.com to see if any emails pop up. Make sure to look in your trash and spam. The subject line of the email is “Enclosed: Your $5 Gift Card + Mother’s Day Gift Guide!”
Basically the email will provide you with a unique code to score a $5 discount on your purchases! Even sweeter, in the fine print it states “Your promotional code has cash value”. This means that you can actually request a check in the mail! Just head on over here, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and fill out the form with your mailing info and exclusive gift card number. A $5 check will be mailed to the address you provide within 4-6 weeks.

I got the email from them, but not the one with the $5 code. Bummer. But I just got my $5 check from them a week or two ago, so maybe next time!
Thanks for the heads up-I went to my trash and looked through the last 3 emails I had received from them, just in case.
I received the email today with the $5 code!
My subject line of the email is “Enclosed: Your Mother’s Day Gift Guide!”, no Your $5 Gift Card.

Thanks for the heads up Collin! I had received one of these last week after ordering the All you subscription with the awesome Ebates deal and I was just hanging out to not even realizing it was worth cash. Mine was a $5 gift card inside: thanks for your business email instead of the mothers day.

Thanks for posting this. I got the email, never read far enough to see I could get a check, just figured I would save it in case I ever got a good magazine deal I wanted. It doesn’t expire until December.

Thanks for the info….I got the email but trashed it since I did not need any magazines luckily I was able to retrieve it and get the gift card number….I had no idea I could redeem for $5 check
I have never gotten a $5 code, ever! I’ve been signed up for a very long time and have bought numerous subscriptions =( Maybe if I don’t buy anything they will send me one. LoL

I’m hesitant to cash out b/c I don’t want to stop receiving the $5 codes! They’re awesome for getting short subs to magazines you just want to try out.
