I love Burt’s Bees, but gave up on ordering from their site. It is sooooo slow and usually I get a glitch that won’t let me finish my order. Hope it works great for the rest of you!

I love Burts Bees products but their site is awful. Will not purchase directly from them. Just about EVERYTHING is out of stock. Not just the outlet items. Happens ALL the time. You’d think they’d have the best service/selection.. Just horrible 🙁
I tried the milk & honey body lotion and I just don’t like the scent. It smells as if the lotion goes bad and is not very moisturizing for me. I think Curel and Jergens do a better job of moisturizing. And the lip balm is not moisturizing on contact and it totally dries out after a couple of hours. I know lots of people love their products but it is just not for me. Thanks for the heads up, though!
Omg I feel the same way about a lot of their items, like their face scrub, smells rancid right out the bottle.
Their milk and honey is REALLY gross! Unless you like smelling like baby spitup / spoiled milk all the time! Also, they really greenwash. Look up their stuff on EWG skindeep database, not the safest!
