Whenever walgreens has b1g1 sales the register only allows 1 coupon to be used. Tried twice recently, once for lifesavers once for speed stick. Anyone else having this problem?

My Walgreens has never allowed me to use a coupon on a free item. They say it’s already free so you can’t take money off free. Managers say the same thing .They never allow a bogo combined with store bogo either
In a way that does make sense but I do envy all the great deals some of you get with the bogo coupons combined with the store sales

You may want to print out their coupon policy and take with you next time. It clearly states that you CAN use two coupons for a buy one get one free purchase. The only thing is that the net price cannot go below zero. After using these coupons you are stilling paying $.

YES!! Print OUT Walgreen’s Coupon Policy! I ALWAYS walk in with mine. When they(cashier/manager) attempt to give me a hassle. I pull it out. I have that section highlighted in bright yellow AND I also have the corporate number written with a black marker and I also have it highlighted. πŸ˜€

Can you use a Target coupon at Walgreens?

    • savingsmanual

you can price match at target.

That’s why I go to CVS! No hassles there

Walmart has the Dial body wash on rollback for $2.97 so after the coupon, it’s $1.47 each!

That is ONE store I do NOT even bother using printable coupons with. They ALWAYS give me a difficult time because they are NOT scannable and they are not supposed to key them it. I rather NOT waste them and use them at stores who have no problems with them like…yeah…all OTHER stores. πŸ™‚

I did this deal at Walmart today without any problems. They used the gun thing to scan it.

This really has nothing to do with this sale but just have to vent a little.
Not alot of Walgreens around where I live so I go to one by my work – however I have pretty much stopped trying to get in on Walgreen deals because the shelves are always cleared. Well today I stopped at a garage sale by work, and low and behold, it was a garage sale of nothing that brand new personal and baby care items. It’s not my job to judge others, but it was clear that this lady thought of no one else as she was clearing the shelves. I keep a small stockpile of these types of items, the rest I give to my kids’ families or donate to make military care packages. I would never dream of reselling these items that were most like free or less. Silly that let it bother me – but it does.

i live in east texas( gilmer) and a friend of mines told me that she went to a garage sale, and there where piles to toothpaste. Now, that one of the reasons krogers no longer doubles etc.
