   I do not think Walmart doubles coupons, so they would be $1.18 after the coupon.

   Does anyone know how many bags are in the smaller package? And, are they 13 gallon? Here in the People’s Republic of PDX, I’m pretty sure they’ll be the higher price, because only the rich will pay the tax increase. LOL!

   The 13 gallon size is $1.62 at my Walmart and there are 20 bags in the pkg.
