I did this same type of offer from Glyde a year ago and never received my item. When I questioned them, they said the item was no longer available. I also heard that this happened to most of the orders that were placed using a code where the item was free. Just FYI–I hope people actually receive their orders this time:)

Agreed–I wasn’t too upset since my total was 0.00–just sad not to get the movie for my son. I think it is mainly a site where people sell used DVDs, etc. I think maybe it doesn’t update very quickly, so it may allow people to purchase more of the item then is available. So for the free items that would have a higher demand, those may not really be available even though they are offered for sale.

I made my purchase and when I got done entering my CC # I hit the submit and then it raised the price and took off the $5 coupon. I e-mailed them to see what happened.

Same here! But I saw on the confirmation page in small letter where it said “cancel your order” so I clicked that and I hope it canceled! Then I went back to try to do it again and it said coupon invalid…so it thinks I used the coupon but didn’t actually take it off….ugh!

look in your account/transactions and see if the total is the same that it is telling you….just a thought. It happened to me too and I canceled it right away and checked my transactions and it said no transactions so I guess it did cancel it! Thank god! There is a contact us on the bottom of the page…you can email them.
