Just point your phone at an Old Navy logo to play the Old Navy SnapAppy game! I pulled up the Old Navy site on my MacBook, then put my iPhone over the Old Navy logo. I was then able to spin the wheel to try to win great prizes!

No you are not doing anything wrong. You can get maximum 10 tries. So keep trying you would surely get SNAP TEN or SNAP FIVE…if not today, try again tomm for 10 times .. These surprises would be for some days. Dont Worry 🙂

$10- wow! The day I bought my new iphone 4 at Best Buy, I tried out the Snap Appy at ON and got the $5 off surprise after many tries :o) I used it to score a cute new case for my new iphone for only $5. The ON phone case reminds me of the Kate Spade ones but much cheaper. If you got the $10 code you could score the iphone cases for free- just an idea for all you hip2savers out there.

My experience has been one per transaction, but they’ll let you do multiple transactions.
at my ON (Albany Oregon) i have gone in and used all my deals/surprises from my phone as well as my hubbys in one transaction. I got $95 down to only $5 about a month ago cause i had a whole bunch of the surprises and a few freebies on both of our phones
I tried to use a 10% off and a snap 5 once, and they would not let me combine them. I’m thinking they probably cannot be combined, unfortunately.
Unless it was 10% off from open cc and then you can combined, I did it last time 🙂

I LOVE this app… you should see the t-shirts my daughter has… I get a snap 5 almost everytime. She has enough free t-shirts (Each was on clearance for 4.99 or less) to wear a different one everyday for 2 weeks! I recommend checking out the clearance because a few times I was able to get 2 for under $5 making them free!
The coupon says excludes clearance and licensed apparel, will they allow at your ON to use them on clearance? I’ve been declined at my ON in Philly

My phone will not focus for the picture and it is not recognizing the logo…any suggestions?
When I have trouble with this app I turn off my phone for a minute, then turn it back on & try again. It usually works for me!
I kept one of the price tags from something I bought and just snap that when I want to play.

You can use the 15% off or 20% off(if you’re a card holder) coupon on top. Good only today and tomorrow.

Have they let you use both? I read most people havent been able to use both.
I tried this once before and they wouldn’t allow the % off coupon to be combined with snap 5 🙁
I was just there this morning and they would only let me use one or the other. Hope that helps!
I think it really depends on your store and who your cashier is. Im on great terms with my stores entire staff ( we r in there ALOT!) and have no trouble stacking these coupons together, with freebies, or with other store Q or promotions. Dont know if this makes a differance or not but hope ot helps

I found a lightweight women’s jacket on clearance for $6.xx… marked down from $45!! Using the snap five coupon… I got it for $1.55! I was so excited.
How many days does this one give you to use? I have gotten the $5 ones that expire in 1, 3, or 5 days. I can’t get to Old Navy until Sunday night or Monday so just wanted to see what everyone is getting for their expiration date. Thanks!
Mine is 5 days – I think it depends on when they make the “surprises” available. It seems like they load them every 5 days.
Sometimes your surprise is only for a day. I did get one SNAP FIVE which did last only for a day . .and it expired when I wanted to redeem it 🙁

It works with android and iphones as well as ipods and ipads.
I have a tablet that has android on it but I dont have a iphone I do have a cell that takes pictures can I still use this program too. Thanks so much I hope that I can do this.

No, you are correct. Go To Snap Appy App. And place your phone to any old navy image. It would catch it on its own and the surprises wheel would roll 🙂
Has anyone gotten this app from GooglePlay? I have an android phone on Virgin Mobile, and can’t seem to find the Old Navy App. I can find Gap and Piperlime, but not Old Navy. Suggestions?

there is a link to “terms and conditions” . doubt the checker will ever click there anyways.. but it is supposed to exclude clearance items…. but the coupon still works on clearance items
I have used the snap 5 multiple times but the fine print says not valid on clearance. Seems like a lot of ppl have still been able to use it though, I’m going to try it next time I’m there 🙂

The puzzle is just a game; you won’t get anything if you put it together. Getting the coupons is just random, but you can snap 10 times per day, so you can try again or try tomorrow 🙂
It is also super cash time, which may or may not be a good deal depending on how much you need to buy…through7/10 you get $10 for spending $25, $20 for spending $50 and $30 for spending $75..then you return 7/19-7/25 to redeem $10 super cash for every $25 you spend. These are the only clothes I buy for me and my kids an can usually find off season clearance for very cheap so I may go for it…Oh and I also go snap 5, snap 10 and $5/$25…my store will only allow one coupon per transaction (which is all the register will let them put in-maybe managers can override OR they have different style registers, kinda like wags?) but Ive never had a problem having mutliple trans or using on clearance! HTH!

yep, that’s what i do with my iTouch all the time; they’ve never said anything.
you should take a snapshot of the coupon, and then the barcode/code that appears after you click “redeem now”. That way they know what to punch in.
