Tomorrow, June 30th only, Old Navy is hosting a One Day Wonder Sale where all solid-colored flip flops are on sale for only $1! Yep, you can snag flip flops for the whole fam for just a buck! Since this sale tends to be very popular, I would recommend that you get to your local Old Navy store when it first opens to have the best selection of colors and sizes. I just wanted to let everyone know that if they do not have a size or color that you wanted buy any pair there that are a dollar. You can go back later in the week and exchange them for the right size and color. They always put a limited number out and then refill the racks the next day. This works with all the one day sales. I have done it before with the flip flops and with the girls coat sale in the fall.

I wish I would have figured it out a couple years ago. One summer I bought 5 pairs of mens size 12 and walked in the yard with them just to say I got a good deal. LOL

Or what if you bought 5 today and then go back during the sale for the adjustment? Just wondering. Last year I went and they were wiped out by 11am. Okay there were a couple left that would fit the feet of a large NBA player.

they told me they don;t do price adjustments on this kind of special deal….

Have you done the 25 pairs offer? The site doesn’t specify what the coupons are for. I am sure that I can get 25 pairs of old/worn out flip flops from my family and my parents and siblings! Just wondering what the coupons are for… 🙂

I didnt read all the comments but thought I would share last year I went a day before the sale and got all the sizes and colors I wanted I then returned to the store a few days later after there $1 sale and had a price adjustment…I believe you have up to a week or so to get a price adjustment…this way you avoid the hassle of the craziness that goes on there 🙂
You have 14 days to do a price adjustment, but if you want the $1 price, I believe you have to do your price adjustment on Saturday. After that, the price goes back up.
Can I use my snap 5?
i’m sure you can! lol I tried to use a snap ten during a 40% ogg everything sale and they said i can’y use it even thow the whole store was 40% off! UGH! so it expired and I didn’t get to get anything. 🙁
That’s horrible! How are you supposed to use it if everything was on sale? If that is the case you should write a letter requesting a $10 coupon or gift card. That is what I would do. When I have problems I always write a letter and try to find the corporate address online to mail it to and I’ve 4/5 times gotten what I’ve asked for. It is worth a try!
It doesnt exclude sale or clearance items on the snap five or any of the coupons. They were just being jerks. I haven’t had any problems, hope it worked for you next time.
I am going to try & use my snap 5. I always try to get at least 5 dollars over the snap 5 or snap 10 though – otherwise I feel bad! lol

In NY all stores are opening at 7 am. Most people line up by 6:30 and it’s a madhouse.

Just got back from Old Navy and scored 15 pairs of Flip Flops for $0.90 cents out of pocket!! Used a $5 snap appy coupon, and a $10 GC from Viggle!!

I’m actually in a long line waiting but I’m very entertained by the crazy greedy people here . There is a poor old navy personel coming up to the shelf clearers with 80 pairs in there cart telling them that they have a limit if 5 flip flops a person. And they are ripping this poor guy apart saying its false advertisement. I really felt embarrassed for the guy and he even told me that some people would bring Thier whole familys and even make Thier babies do a transaction. Me I’m fine with just 5 free pairs …
That’s ridiculous. I’m fine with my 5 pairs as well. I brought my twins (2 yrs) with me and laughed at the thought that some people would make their kids do transactions. It’s not like the shoes are THAT awesome. Quite comfy for me though.
Same here. I was behind a woman in line that had a shopping bag full (must have been 25-40 pairs). I mentioned the limit and she just dropped the whole back and did not even buy 5. Lucky for me she had some great colors in my size. 🙂 I am happy with my 5 pairs for me and my girls. Thanks Colin for the heads up and thanks old navy!
p.s. The guy at the register said you could buy 5 and then get back in line if you want more. The line was long, but moved quickly.
