  Laura,

  Make sure you are using all caps. Maybe refresh the page or start over. I have never had a problem with this working so maybe try again. It’s worth it 🙂

  also make sure you change the pic size to 5×7. I messed that up the first time, had to go back and fix the size then it worked just fine! So happy! Great bday gift for my mother in law!

  How did you order some for your mom? Did you have a separate account for her? Just curious because I tried to order some for myself and my mom and the second time I tried to use the code it said it was not valid.

    I’m not going to be close to a Walgreens today – Does anyone know if you have to pick up the pictures today or can I pick them up Friday or Saturday?

  Yes, they hold on to your pics for you until you pick them up just like when you get film developed. They may nicely call you in a few days to remind you to pick them up like they did for me.

  I’ve never been able to get their app to work. I had a pic on my phone and I was in Wags with my phone and the clerk didn’t even know how to work the app.

    P.S. My Walgreens also had all their frames on sale 50% off so you could get the picture for free and then pay around 2-4 dollars for a nice frame when you pick them up! 🙂
