Kmart: Additional 50% Off Already Reduced Clearance Toys and Furniture
I would suggest heading on over to your local Kmart if you are interested in adding some inexpensive toys to your gift closet or doing some early Christmas shopping. You see, through 7/14, Kmart is offering up an additional 50% off ALL clearance toys! Yes, 50% off the already reduced clearance prices! This 50% off discount will automatically be applied during checkout. They have done this previously and readers have been able to score lots of amazing bargains.
I headed to Kmart today to check out what bargains I could find. I was a bit disappointed at first since all I came across was a small display of clearance toys in the middle of an aisle by the toy section that had been completely picked through. I thought that was it for the clearance toys 🙁 …But I was wrong. As I browsed through each of the aisles in the toy section, I noticed that lots of the clearance toys were placed all throughout the toys in random spots. So by searching around for clearance tags, I found tons of popular toy bargains!

On another note, you can also score an additional 50% off clearance furniture at Kmart as well, through 7/21. Note that my local Kmart had a very small selection of clearance furniture, but it may be worth a look… especially if you were planning to head to Kmart anyways.
I spotted a Country Living China Cabinet on clearance for $162 (regularly $249!), so after the additional 50% off clearance – just $81 for this cabinet! I found a student desk on clearance for $44.99, so just $22.50! I also spotted a Manhattan Adjustable sofa on clearance for $119.99, so only $60 after the 50% off clearance.

Hi! I wanted to make sure you knew that Kmart is running a promotion for an ADDITIONAL 50% off ALL clearance furniture from today, 7/8 until 7/21. I went in there first thing and they have some amazing deals on large items (wood tv tables for $50, bookcases and console tables for $25-$35, dining room tables for $55, etc), but since I didn’t need anything big, I hit up the accent furniture.
One of my favorite pieces was a cream-colored linen, tufted, nail-head trim large storage bench, originally $129.99, on clearance for $65, so I scored it for $32.50! (I’m going to put it at the end of our bed for our extra blanket and sheet sets). I also picked up a couple of tan microfiber, tufted round ottomans (to place under my sofa table for extra seating when company comes), originally $44.99, on clearance for $29.99, so I only paid $14.99!
Of course, clearance always varies by store, but my store had everything from futons to barstools to some cute farmhouse benches for a dining room table, etc, so I’m sure everyone can find some good deals. I think it’s definitely worth a trip to your local store, because mine was overflowing with clearance. Make sure to look for furniture pieces around each aisle and on endcaps, because I found deals all over. 🙂

Anyone know how well their furniture holds up?
I have their farm table and two benches and they have held up wonderfully through my three girls. It’s not falling apart in any way, not even an inkling of wanting to. I’ve had the set for 5 years now and I think I will have it for years to come. I also use it for rolling out pie crusts and making cookies. I love the table, I hope I find something like it when it finally does kick the bucket 🙂
i purchased bunk beds from there that are total crap! a little over a year and the side board that holds the slats for the mattress busted in half and the top bunk fell through. two weeks later the same thing happened to the bottom bunk. i dont think i would make any big furniture purchases there unless the deal was smokin hot and no chance of my children being crushed!
I have a mission style coffee and end table from Kmart. I have had them for about 7 years and they have held up really well, despite a few moves and lots of abuse. They were easy to put together, also!
i’m looking for the monthly store wide savings guide… my store is out.
I have been in 2 times since the toy deal started last wednesday and have put back 2 layaways for about $250 combined and saved $250 and that is just on clearance pricing! They don’t figure in the actual retail price. I have most of my Christmas shopping done!!
So when you do layaway they do it at the clearance plus 50% off? I have never done layaway but are interested
My store wouldn’t allow me to put clearance items on layaway. Oh well.
I was able to score a storage bench (the kind you put at the foot of the bed and store extra blankets in) from $169.99 for only $32.50!!!! I was super excited about that one.
I would have gotten the living room tables and night stands and dressers had i been able to do a layaway. But happy with my find.
Yes, and they also have a deal this week save 5% when you put stuff on layaway. It’s not much, but it’s still more savings on top of what we are already saving

I found LOTS of goodies at our Kmart! Hot wheels wall tracks starter set – $12, CS-35 nerf gun – $10.50, Barbie Glitter $6.50, Barbie Nail $6.50, Barbie Puppy water park $10, Beyblade launchers – $3.50/$4, Tonka XT R/C cars $22.50 …. the list goes on – and it was SO MUCH FUN to score awesome deals! 🙂
The last time K-Mart did this, I was able to get about $200 worth of toys for $36!! At the time there were several toy coupons out that helped me get that awesome deal, but even without them, it would have been great. I hope I can find some great things to put away for Christmas this time!
Went in today and saw nothing marked down!! I was in a hurry so I think I will stop back in to see what I can find! Are all Kmart’s doing this?
I went and spent about $100, but got lots! Mine had lots of Green Lantern action figures on clearance and ranged from 3.50-4.50… My husband collects comics and action figures, so some were for him and some to hang onto because my 13 month old son already loves comic stuff… So I gave my son a Captain America Marvel Preschool Heroes figure already because we’ve been wanting to get it for him for awhile and he saw it and was so excited that I couldn’t hold onto it til Christmas, so that was definitely $9 worth spending!
Does anyone know if Sears is having anything similar. There are no Kmarts in Houston 🙁 I was hoping to grab a few items, I need to prepare to furnish a new apartment. Would love to catch a great sale like this.

I found a ton of clearance toys at my local Kmart (Crystal Lake, IL). There is a special clearance aisle AND there is also clearance toys in every regular toy aisle. Keep your eyes open. I went to the legoa isle, not expecting to find anything clearance, b/c it is so rare to find that on sale even. I found a bunch or KREO Transformers toys similar to Lego) for a steal! So happy!
I just got a bunch of my Christmas shopping done for my kids.I spent $168 and got $436.71 worth of toys. The best deals were the Nerf and the Thomas the train stuff. So glad my momma taught me how to shop my kids will have a awesome Christmas with out me going into debt.
So excited, I bought $475 worth of toys for $95! Got most of our Xmas shopping and stock birthday gifts ready. Everything came out to be $4.80 per gift and my goals is to keep our gifts $5 because we have 50 nieces and nephews. Thanks for the tip!!!
I found a ton of Sesame Street stuff on clearance which my son is really into right now! As others have said, make sure you check the aisles, not just the marked clearance areas. Everything I found was in an aisle with the regular merchandise.
I got a few (3) Cars toys for my son and I stocked up on 2 bottles of sunscreen for next year (buy 1 get 1 1/2 off) for $36. Pretty good buys I think since the toys would have been over that alone a week ago. I also got a small dining room table set for $101.54 plus tax.

if you checked online the cream-colored linen, tufted, nail-head trim large storage bench is only $12.49 which will be alot cheaper thanin store and is only $5 shipping thru the end july which will be a grand total og $ 17.49 + tax.
Please tell me where you found this online, because when I searched for it, it’s not coming up, and even after googling it the page said that the item was no longer available online. I would love to get another one as a gift for my parents because it is very well made. Any help?

Went back to Kmart today to give it another look. I found somethings! I stocked up on stuff for Toys for Tots this year. Alot of the stuff that I found was stuff that my boys arent into right now – but thats okay! For $19.40 I got two Barbies @ $1.75 each, a go fish game $.40!! and two Ben 10 cars for $4 each and a Lightning McQueen Altas World Map by Vtech for$7.50.
I then did a transaction with the Nerf Vortex Nitron! I got two @ $19 each. My store did not have them marked on clearance – but the were marked with a blue sticker and still rang up at $19 so I was trilled!!! Those two are for my boys for Christmas!
My store in northern Minnesota was not having the additional 50% off. It is going out of business and all toys (including clearance) were 20% off. I left empty handed after scanning to double check. Was this deal listed somewhere official?
If you store is closing they most likely aren’t doing it.
