  Be sure you are following pepsi. The tweet this Tuesday is supposed to include your favorite poolside song. It should look something like this:

  @pepsi (name of song) #PepsiMusicNOW

  I have been able to get this every week. You get it in your direct messages folder about a minute or two later. HTH.

  Yep… I read all the instructions, followed, read the terms, can’t figure out what else I could do to improve my “chance.”

  Who knows… Maybe Pepsi doesnt like me. They should though since I probably contribute to 1/4 of all their yearly Mountain Dew sales.

  You might want to try putting the name of the song first. The song is called Summertime.

  Obviously I know the name of the song. I decided to add the artist in front because last week I just typed the name of the song and didnt get a code.

  FWIW – I had someone I work with type the exact same thing I had typed (same order and all) and she got a code immediately. She had never liked pepsi before. I just said hey – are you on twitter? could you try this? Had her type the exact same thing – and before 2 minutes was up, she had a code.

  She also gave me the code since she doesnt use Amazon.

  If your tweets are protected, Pepsi won’t be able to see your tweet to give you credit. This happened to me last time. You can go into to your account settings & uncheck the box for protecting your tweets. Then, go back in & check it again after you’ve gotten your code. You may want to delete that Pepsi tweet after you check the box again, unless you don’t care that everyone sees it. HTH!! 🙂

   So I just had someone I work with do it, and she got a code within a minute, just a couple minutes ago. I some twitter master is just sitting there picking and choosing. LOL.

    I think they are doing it every tuesday. Mine retweeted twice and the first time I got the code, second said i was given my code, come back next tuesday for another chance

    Love all this free music. I only use twitter for things like this. I thought it wasn’t working at first because I was expecting them to email me. However, they send you the code in your direct messages in twitter.
