I did the same with Nivea, also I did the Head and Shoulders where the Buy 1 Get 1 free took $9 off my total…making them free!!

  2. Kristinkay

I got the free white Nivea tin. Also, got a beauty email with $2 off Tresemme and $2 off Maybelline. Used the Tresemme for the trial size – got 2 for free, and the Maybelline would be great if your store still has clearance makeup. Also, got the free Head and Shoulders because the coupon took off the full amount (the cashier even voided it and tried it again and since it still took off the full amount she just accepted it). Our CVS still has clearance CVS diapers too for $2.22 a pack I think.

What do you do to get free Head and Shoulders?

      • anonymous

It’s buy one get one half off at CVS. So my store was $5.99 and then $2.99. The coupon states buy one get one free (up to $9.49 I think). When she scanned the coupon, the computer automatically took the full amount off $9.49, so it covered both Head and Shoulders. She tried to void it and rescan, but the computer still took the full amount off so she just accepted it (and I made $0.25 cents on each). Yay! I was going to return them if it didn’t work, but I’d read about others saying it worked.

I got 12 bottles on Sunday-ran up there as soon a I saw the post.
Killer deal. I went into a negative & had to put food items on counter to bring it up. LOVE IT! 🙂

          • all4saving

Same thing happened to me…first time it worked free H&S!!

    • Dawn

Where did you find the Head and Shoulders coupon?

      • Lisa

        most recent P&G (July 1 I think)

        • Dawn

          Found it, thanks!

          • Dawn

I just got back from my brand new CVS that just opened Sunday, yay!! My H&S coupon rang up as $5.99, still a good deal at $1.49 per bottle, but I really wanted “FREE” I did the Coupon Machine again today and got another Nivea and Nature Maid coupon so I was able to get those deals. Didn’t have any Vit D, but got B-12 for only $1.75 bottle after $6 in coupons were taken off. Don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but the 3/$8 12-pk of Cokes is a good deal, limit 6 and it comes to about 22 cents a can. Wags is 3/$10. 🙂

I didnt even think of the Nivea tins with the CVSQ!! lol. I’m usually a quick thinker.

I wonder if my local stores will have any left with last weeks ecb deal.

  4. Holly

Oh! And what’s up with the Nivea’s Q stating “exclusions apply”?!

    • anonymous

I wondered if that was going to make it ineligible for the tins, but it went through just fine.

  5. Candy

My cvs was wiped out of stock. Will try later 😉

  6. C

On the Nature Made, can you use a second $2 off CRT for a money maker? Also, how could you use a “$3 off Vitamin purchase” or “$5/$10” CRT with these for an even bigger money maker?

    • mel

you can use 1 $2 NM crt per bottle. the register will beep if you try to use 2 q’s on 1 item. You can stack the $2 NM crt with the $3 off Vitamin purchase or $5/$10 purchase.

  7. ana

How do you guys get beauty emails. Im a beauty club member, but don’t recall getting email specifically from them? is it like hit or miss? 🙂 thanks

    • anonymous

I would check your spam. I used to get my emails from them in there. And I think they track your spending and maybe base the emails on that too.

    • anonymous

also, i think you need to go to their site and sign up for emails (i think)

    • Tarri

I get them every once in a while. I resigned up with a different email and I seem to have started getting CVS email there. If I send to my aol one, it does not always get there.

  8. Dawn

The Walmart logo DID print out on my coupons using the 90210 zip, does that mean CVS will not accept them?

    • Rachel

Hmm…when I printed mine, I didn’t have the Walmart logo. Not sure what could have happened with yours…

    • Robin

My CVS doesn’t care if it has the Walmart logo as long as it’s a man q. You might try it. Good luck.

      • Dawn

I tried it at CVS a little while ago and it did work without any questions. I’m a new CVS shopper so when Collin mentioned the WM logo would not print, I thought that meant it was a good thing cause maybe CVS wouldn’t take it if it did, but it was not an issue at all.

  9. Donna

I did use a nature made $1.00 coupon plus a $2.00 Nature Made and a $3.00 Any vitamin purchase totaling $ 6.00 off a Vitamin plus one free without any problem!!

    • Donna

The $2.00 and $3.oo from the Magic Coupon Machine!

  10. LucassMomAgain

i love cvs but @ mine the coupon machine is withe out of order or not printing coupons about 80% of the time 🙁

  11. brandice

my store has removed the Nivea tins after the $8 money maker a week or so ago

    • Dawn

How was a .99 tin of Nivea an $8 money maker? Just curious.

      • Jess

Last week there was an ECB deal that if you buy any Nivea Product you got $2 ECB back, this included the small tins of Nivea for .99 (I’m assuming its been changed by now) but this meant you paid OOP $3.96 and got $8 ECB!

I also went to CVS today and got the Nivea coupon today so I got another tin for free 🙂

        • marlene

i got the 4 tins for 3.96 and recieved 8 ecbs on sunday july 1 then later that night i saw that it was now dead.

  12. Rose

I only got the $1 off hair accessories for the machine today.

  13. marlene

i went to cvs yesterday to do the head shoulders deal but i mistakenly got the big 23oz bottles rang up 7.99 each and the other one wasnt half so i still ended up paying $8.00 for both but then i thought werent they suppose to be free so i just bought it but i plan on returning them 🙁 their wasnt anymore small bottles but i plan on going back to look for the 14 oz

  14. melissa

can i get an opinion on the h&s shampoo/conditioner @ cvs? has anyone gotten 2 deals with 2 coupons and gotten all 4 of them for free? i have 2 MQ’s, plus a $3 off $15 beauty purchase CVS Q & wanted to know if that would work, being a $4MM. TIA!

    • Tarri

I find you have to give the 3/15 first then the other coupons at my store or the 3/15 will beep because the total after the other coupons made it not 15.

  15. SteelersChick

Went to CVS today to get the H&S deal and to use the Physician’s Formula $15 off. (thankfully, found some of those blue line ones that were $5.25) The store had this Essence of Beauty 4pc Pamper kit marked down to $3.75 (microfiber rest pillow, neck wrap (that can be used with the included gel inserts), eye mask and body pad. Ended up only paying 14cent oop for the 2 H&S, 2 skin moisturizers and the kit!!! Oh, and the machine gave me the Nivea $1 but the tins in this store were marked up to $1.19 now-hope thats not all stores?!? Ohhh, and the green tag is now showing I need 6 visits instead of 4-did that change for anyone else??

  16. Debbie

My CVS wouldn’t let me use the 1 off Nivea Moisturizer on the .99 cent ones, said that you couldn’t use on Trial Size.

  17. Tarri

Had a nice shopping trip. Got 4 Skittles, 6 Twix bars, 1 Maybeline Eye Shadow, 1 Carmex Lip Stuff, 1 Nivea Cream Tin, 2 Nivea Shave Gel, 2 Crest Scope, 2 H&S Shampoo , 4 Vit D bottles, 2 Purex, 2 Travel Tresemme Conditioner. After coupons and ecb used/received for next time and the rebate on the Carmex stuff of 3.59….. $2.31 should be my final out of pocket price for all the above. Thanks everyone for your post, so I knew the deals.

  18. carla

Just went to CVS, they would NOT take the Nature Made vitamin coupon because it said Wal-Mart on it. I pointed out it was a manufacturer’s coupon and she said it won’t scan, says I didn’t buy the item. 🙁 I had the two vitamins taken off. Oh, well. 🙁

  19. Mom

Look around for the box display at the end of the vitamins aisle for $1/1 Nature Made manufacturer coupons. The one I saw was actually a CVS vitamin display, but it had a a tear pad with the Nature Made coupons on it. I accidentally left one of the coupons I printed at home (duh!) and was able to grab one of these instead. No Walmart logo!

  20. Lourdes

Im off to CVS today to use all my coupons for the Nivea but it does say exclusions apply…anyone else have any problems?

    • melissa

i got 2 of those coupons and i bought other things each time. no probs at all! 🙂
