$2/1 manf coupon expires 7/16 – do your transaction Sun or Mon!

  1. Kristen

If anyone knows the square footage of these packs, would you mind posting it? Gotta compare this to my usual Costco buy so see which is the better deal 🙂 Thanks!

    • Makayla

According to their website the Mega roll is a new product. No info there so hopefully we’ll know after we buy it.

    • Amy Mac

I bought this last week at the sale, but I can’t remember EXACTLY. 383 I think. It was the same as the 16 roll pack.

  2. Angela

The $1/1 coupon is a PDF, can we print more than 1?

    • Kristen

If you do, I would print 1 and then print 1 again so the codes are different in the upper right corner – just in case your store tries to give you a hard time

    • Wendy

same question here, every single code seems to be the same but it said print limit reached after i printed 2, i’m afraid the cashier will think they are copies…

      • Jessica

its usually really easy to tell if you copied them or not (if your cashier is smart..) the ink will look a lot thicker like everything has been bolded, I wouldn’t sweat it!

    • Makayla

Actually the coupon beeps. My computer double printed once and then then printed the second. Even though they look the same, the difference is encoded within the barcodes. My third one beeped and I didn’t use it.

    • mizzy

It’s not a PDF per se, but you can “save” it as a PDF. I just printed 2 and both has different PIN (located on the top right corner below the QR code). Even though it probably allows you to do as many prints as you want, only ONE of those many prints will get reimbursed.

      • Makayla

Thank you missy. Thats what I meant. It beeps and if they push it through its wrong and the store will not get paid.

  3. Rae

uhg my two year messed with my printer as it was printing and it looks like the coupon was sucked into a vortex…

    • Michelle

My cat likes to do the same thing. He always runs over and sticks his paws in where the paper goes into the printer!

  4. michelle

for the $2/1 Cottonelle 12-Pack Ultra Comfort Care Mega Roll 12-pk Target store coupon and the $1/1 Cottonelle Bath Tissue Manufacturer’s Coupon are the coupon barcodes unique or are they the same

    • Tarri

The TQ barcodes are the same but the MQ is unique

  5. Nicole

A little confused.. why can’t we use (2) of the Target store coupons for the deal?

    • berilA

i havent printed mine yet but I am thinking the fine print might say only one per transaction? can anyone verify?

      • Makayla

The coupon states LIMIT ONE COUPON OR OFFER PER GUEST.

    • Makayla

Target coupons are now stating limit one per person per transaction or something to the matter which only allows one with this deal.

    • virginia

it says “limit one coupon or offer per guest” – my target allows me to use two target coupons in one transaction despite the wording (i usually am shopping with my kids though – maybe they count as other guests? lol)

    • Tarri

Some stores still let you use more than one. But it does state on there that it is one per guest.

    • Amy Mac

Technically you can’t, but some Target stores allow more than 1 Target coupon, some don’t. YMMV. Try it but bring backup!

  6. berilA

which deal is better? The current walgreens contonelle deal for $3 for ___ rolls or this deal?

    • Makayla

The Walgreens are “single rolls” regardless of what the package states. This is suppose to be almost a triple roll. This is the better deal except for you’re spending more OOP by having to spend the $5 gift card at Target.

      • berilA

Yep..the target deal is much a better deal. Now its a matter of it fitting on the dispenser since its a triple

  7. Tat

Urgh, clicked to print and “internet exploxer” not working. Redid the process and said I already printed it. Um, no I didn’t

  8. Kandi

I feel an early morning run to Target coming on….

  9. Makayla

Reminder: This coupon expires 7/16 so the deal has to be done within the first two day window. Also, if you’re like me and went with $1 coupon to Walgreens, there’s still a $0.50 for 9ct or larger in the 7/8 paper so you’ll still be only paying $5.99 per pack. Awesome deal and I am in!

  10. Rowyie

can I buy four in one transaction get $10 GC ?

    • Makayla

You could but you wouldnt get the deal because of the limits in coupon. Take your partner, child or a buddy with you and do two transactions for the best deal.

    • Amy Mac

If you have more than one computer you can print another two. Your store may allow you to use more than 1 coupon, some do. You can try but bring other TQs in case they don’t.

  11. Sasha

“Yes, you DO have to run in with me-we need to do 2 sep transactions. Stop complaining-it’ll only take 5 minutes! ” And he gets out of the car.
    Sound familiar? LOL!

    • Makayla

Lol… When it’s a quick one item run, we take turns so the kids can stay with one of us in the car. lol

  12. nicole

I just got 1.50/1 on cottonelle website.

    • Amy Mac

I think this also requires the purchase of wipes

  13. nicole

its for toilet paper and wipes

  14. Judy

    THANK YOU FOR THE INFORMATION!!!!!

If you can use 2 Target Coupons, which my store does allow…YMMV. It should make the price $4.99!

There is 501 square feet in this package, which will adhere to the .01 square foot rule for toilet paper, which is my buy price. Each package would be $4.99 or 0.00996 sq/ft. Stock up time for me 🙂

    • Kristen

Thanks for posting the square footage!! That’s how I always calculate the price (rather than by the roll). I regularly get toilet paper at Costco for $0.0094 sq/ft, so that’s still the *slightly* better deal and no coupons, etc. to worry about … guess I’ll stick with Costco this time lol 😉

      • Judy

Kristen, I re-checked the square footage and there is only 328.8 sq feet in this package not 501sq ft. I also went to Kroger and they have the 12 double rolls on the mega sale for 5.99 or 4.99 with the $1/1 Manu Q… want to know how many square feet in that package? 321! So, the Kroger Cottonelle has 24 rolls for 321 sq and this mega package at Target has 32 rolls for 328 square feet. Basically the same amount of toliet paper, even though the Kroger package has less rolls in it. So going by rolls is NOT the best way to figure out a good deal on TP IMO. I’ll say it over and over: NOT ALL ROLLS ARE CREATED EQUAL…. DO THE MATH! Haha! 🙂

  15. ellen

I tried to print the $2 coupon but it says You reached the limit but it did not even print! urghh!

  16. Heather

Kristen…..what brand do you buy at Costco for that price? Never thought of comparing prices by square footage, but seems a whole lot easier!

    • Tarri

Costco has Cottenelle and the Kirkland Brand, I prefer the Kirkland brand usually. But will get this for my kids at their place at college.

  17. Christina

The expiration date on the $2 TQ is now 8/11/12. So glad I tried printing it again today!

  18. MDizzle

Looks like the Walmart Q is gone “Coupon coming soon”
