I often (probably 25% of the time) have to fill out the rebate form under “contact us” to actually get my cash back. You have to wait 30 days, and then submit it. I look under the “track back” page to see what I have not been credited yet. S@H is then fairly quick about getting the money to you.
I think Ebates is better at crediting, but they do not have as high of cash back normally and not as many stores. And they do not have WILD deals.
I have trouble with them too, I never got my Wild Cash Back on the Crocs flip flop deal about a month ago, I think it was $4.00 too! They gave me like .15 cents for some reason instead and no Wild Cash deal ever posted.

With the recent febreze Wild deal I was notified via email that I got 3 cents cash back, but when I checked my S@H account I was credited the full amount of $2.99.
I bought a cleanser and never received it the cash back. I emailed them and they resolved it quickly, but I shouldn’t have to email a company to receive what they told me I would receive.
I did not get my $4 for gevalia purchase and other purchases i made, too.

I could not get the link to work last time they did this. i always need paper towels. I usually get my cash back quickly and have only had to contact them a couple times. They do always fix the issue quickly. I did the walmart pen deal the other day but we are getting the much needed rain here in IN so it will have to wait to get picked up.
