   The form is having problems loading but on their facebook page it says to send them a message with your name and address if you would like a sample. So hopefully it works.

   It is super slow. Finally got the form and filled it out but nothing yet. Says it has been submitted but need to wait for process to finish. Site must be getting slammed.

    it’s working fine now but I had the hardest time with entering the security code it kept saying it was wrong even though it wasn’t

  I guess I’ll keep trying, ’cause I also keep getting this error message even though everything is filled out correctly:
  “The security code you entered did not match the one displayed.
  Make sure your State/Province is correct in the pull down menu and re-enter your password and security code.”
