   Is this the tea where you had to pay shipping upon arrival? I signed up for some tea sample a week or two ago and my mail lady said it could only be delivered if you payed a $2 shipping fee. Strange.

  I got a letter left in my mailbox saying to pick it up at the post office for $1.50 postage fee! That doesn’t seem fair!

   i received this sample in the mail today and it is beautifully packaged with 3 lovely samples. can’t wait to try them. be sure to get this one!!

   My samples just arrived and they do not put enough postage on the little packages. The Postman was to collect $1.05 for me to keep the package. No thanks. “Send it back.” That is ridiculous! They should be ashamed of themselves. I will definitely be commenting unfavorably on their FB page.

    I emailed the customer service department about my disapointment of having to pay shipping charges. Someone responded within minutes, and apologized, stating that they are having difficulties with the USPS with the delivery methods and costs of their samples. They offered to send me a tea flavor of my choice via Fed Ex. I was very pleased with their promptness and willingness to resolve the problem. I can’t wait to receive my tea, which had great customer reviews.
