I picked up my 2 free Fit & Fresh sets in store today & will receive the backpack this week. I decided to place a 2nd order to get 2 of the Fit & Fresh individual sandwich size containers (to go with the F&F sets) free with a tiedye backpack (I’ll be donating the backpacks). Same here. I am just waiting to see if they update the rest of the order and ship or I will just return the backpack. It was cute for my daughter, but I really did the order for the containers.
I just received an item shipment confirmation email for just the backpack as well and not the lunch kits. I checked on my order on Toys R US website and they are no longer showing there either. Hmmm…… curious to see if I will still receive them.

I am on hold with them right now and referred my CSR to the screen shot on Hip2Save because she is saying that the special with the fit n fresh kits never existed and it is only the lunch boxes. She told me that the kits were kicked out of my order because they were no longer available for shipping but I could replace the order and pay for them and do store pick up. She placed me on hold again to see what is going on. I would not have placed the order for a backpack without the lunch kits.
The final word is that the lunch kits were a while supplies last item and you only get them if your order was at the beginning of the ordering pool. She said sorry and that was all they could do. 🙁
Im gonna call tomorrow still shows in stock on my order but I dont need the backpack with out the lunch kit…I really am not happy with them…
Hold off calling! Mine was the same way so I held off to not draw attention. I just checked my email and have a second email that the containers shipped tonight from another state than the backpack and I will have them on Friday. So keep an eye on your email and maybe you will get a happy email too! Good luck. I really wanted the containers for my daughter’s lunches.

I just checked order status and while previously the fit & fresh showed backordered, they now show out of stock and the backpack shipped alone 🙁 🙁
I got my order today. Just the backpack no kits! 🙁 My order still shows them in stock but not shipped or anything.
i just got an email saying that my second kit was cancelled and now im only gettting one 🙁
I got the backpack today, no kits. I called Toys R Us and the automated voice said my order was still being processed. I figure I will wait a little while and see if it is cancelled. Maybe it will ship like some of these other people’s. If not, I will return the backpack.

I just wanted to post about my experience. I ordered on Thursday morning (pirate backpack and 2 lunch kits) and my pirate backpack arrived on Saturday and my two lunch kits arrived today. I really did the deal for the lunch kits and they are super cute and we can’t wait to use them!
