Has anyone else been having trouble with their SHOPATHOME deals crediting correctly? None of my last 4 wild deals are showing up yet (2 walmart, 1 drugstore.com), plus some of my officemax credits are showing up at 2%, even though SHOPATHOME was advertising a special higher rate when the purchase were made. Anyone know how to fix these type of problems?
I have been having problems too. If you click on the “contact” link and fill out all the information, you will get credited. I have had to do that about 4 times lately. I am getting very annoyed with them. Also, you have to wait 30 days.
Thank you for letting me know. Do you have to wait 30 days to see the credit for Wildcashback before you can contact them about the credit? Also, have you had any problems with the credit % being wrong, and if so, how do you prove when the credit amount was supposed to be 2% versus 5% versus 7%? Office Max has been advertised at all these return rates in the past few months, but they are only crediting 2%.
I believe you have to wait 30 days on the WILD deals too. I have no idea how to prove they are crediting the wrong amount, sorry! Maybe include that in the comments section?? You may want to look into Ebates. They are much better at crediting and faster if there is a problem.
Are you sure that they only credited you 2%? They have raised the amount of cashback from 5% to 7%, so on my account it reads “Office Max +2.00%”, which indicates the normal 5%, plus the extra 2% to make it 7%
I did the Wild Cash back deals for Walmart markers, colored pencils, and paper towel. It seems like it usually takes at least 10 days after the purchase for it to show up and might take up to a month.

You can always have it shipped to your house. This is what I do. I wait for these deals and then order stock up items for our home like medicine, toilet paper, etc. There are usually things that we can use that will take us to $45 so there is free shipping. Today I ordered TP and a couple odds and ends. TP for cheap and straight to the door.
how does SHOPATHOME work like do you get a $ payout if what is the minimum. Thanks any help would be great. 🙂
$20 is the minimum. I highly recommend Ebates over this, but they do not have WILD deals.
0.13 tax – better price than anything we’ve seen in the stores for poly covers. I have tons of the old-school paper covers set aside for my son, but I’m afraid as he gets closer to the grades where he’ll be using them, they will be out-of-favor and the poly covers, which I don’t have, will be what he needs … fingers crossed that next year’s deals will feature 0.10 poly notebooks 😀
Does anyone else have problems picking up items at their Walmart in the site-to-store pickup? I have gone to 2 different stores in my area and it is such an ordeal. There is never an associate in that dept. and I have had to wait at least 25-30 minutes before someone finally comes to help. Then, both times they could not find my order even with my order number and email receipt.
Same thing happens to me, that is why I’m passing on this deal. It’s not worth the hassle.
If you press on the credit card screen at the site-to-store place, it will buzz someone for you. I have only had to wait a few minutes after that.

I had that issue just Friday. Be sure to complete the survey and let them know about their customer service. During my trip I had to call the store on my cell phone to request assistance. I did press the credit card machine for assistance. The manager stated that she will be heading back to site to store to assist me. She never did. After someone finally assisted me. I had a cashier in the front locate the manager and told her about my experience and told her that I will be giving her store a bad review once I received my survey and I will be sure to post my experience on their facebook page. I received my survey today and I am in the process of posting my experience. I usually don’t wait long to post my experience, but I was traveling. The reason why I do this..It is not Walmart itself, but poor management. I always contact customer service on companies when I receive great treatment. I practice this to keep supporting businesses both small and large my community. Unfortunately, this time I had to report such horrible customer service.
Exact same thing happened to me, and after 25 minutes the assistant manager showed up and when I said that I’ve been waiting for so long, all she said was they are crazy busy, no more Walmart deals for me. On another note did anyone get their Wild cash back on the pens from about a week and a half ago? I got my Wild cash back from crocs before my order even arrived, but lately it seems like they are taking forever to credit my cash back.
Yes- the Pflugerville, TX store is horrible. They have shown same day pick up available, then when you go to pick it up- it’s not there. It took me 7 days to get them to credit back a gift card because they charged me online, but it wasn’t in stock. It sucks that Walmart does a lot of these deals, but I hate giving them my business!
I did press the button on the credit card machine when I arrive at the Site to Store. The last time I finally got an associate that was walking by and she told me the person assigned Site to Store was on their lunch break!
Wow! $5 for signing up last week, $2 for markers, $2 for tissues and $2 for notebook! Already almost to $11 in a week!!!
I have that problem with Ebates mainly when I purchase hotel deals. My advice is to keep track of your transactions and contact them. I had to do that for two hotel stays from June. And a few times last week. I bounce back between my credit card company website, Ebates, Shopathome, etc so this is a good way to remember.
I have a notebook that I use to write my deals down in. When u order, write down the date, amount cash back, that it was a WILD deal, and what the item was. Just save your email confirmation till your rebate hits your shopathome.com account. I have done the paper towels, colored pencils and marker deals lately and just did the notebook today after I sent the deal to Collin. I am a member of ebates and mrrebates too, but prefer shopathome because of the WILD deals and the higher percent back. I have not used ebates in years because they do not offer higher rebates. Mrrebates.com sometimes offers higher % back, but not like shopathome. If u keep track of the date, then u can easily find the track back #. Yes u have to wait 30 days but in my experience that is usual for rebate sites. Just a suggestion.

I just see Walmart giving an open invitation for Amazon to take over. Ebates now offers cash back in select categories for Amazon.com. Pair the deal with Amazon Prime and I am getting a much better deal because I do not have to pay sales tax (some states do) and the item is delivered to my doorstep.
I placed my order more than 12 hours ago. It still doesn’t show as being available for pickup. Is this normal? How hard is it to walk a notebook to the pickup counter?
