Agree with what Kim says, I have signed up and they tell me its on the way and yet I checked my status earlier and it claims I stated I didnt own one of the machines! What a rip off!

i can get to the page, but when i try to click on “yes” to say that i have a keurig, it won’t do anything…i have tried on firefox and chrome.
I got the same thing. I had to reload the page and keep trying. Eventually it let me. It’s been that way through all the steps – once I’d get it to load, sometimes it would work, sometimes it wouldn’t and I would have to reload. I’m up to the page after filling out all my information and created my “passport”
I got the yes / no page too & clicked yes got tired of waiting so I walked away & finally about 10 min later it was on the next question. I waited & waited & finally got one. Try just clicking yes & walk away . It worked for me lol

There’s another step (or two) after that. There’s a button to request your tumbler. You have to click it (and get through–lol!)

OMG, I finally got through!!! It took forever. I have been trying on and off since 4pm. I decided to try one more time, but this time I used Firefox, it took about 40 minutes but I got one!
i got to the pass port, so i think i may have gotten one….

I FINALLY got through. I have been trying since yesterday’s post! It’s seems to be going much faster right now though!
I easily and quickly got through at 3:20 EST on Thursday….it took under a minute!
