Thanks for this info, but I will pass on all Wal-Mart deals. They are extremely rude. I contacted 1800 Wal-Mart to file a complaint. The mamager contacted me in a timely fashion and was nice. I told her for now I will let all of my site to store orders go back. When they invest money in customer service training I will probably go back. I also mentioned that I will continue to save money by taking their ads to their competitors. Hopefully this changes because managers bonuses are based on the revenue of their stores.

Watch your WILD rewards! I’m having an awful time getting reimbursed properly. Still waiting to hear back about the 35 percent cash back on Entertainment books from a month ago. I’ll be furious if I don’t get it because there was a subsequent deal for just .99.
I was credited the $5 for the entertainment book about 2 days after I received it in the mail without any problem at all. Did you try sending them your trackback # and order number? Any time they have missed a credit they usually resolve it very quickly (within a couple of days) after I provide them this information. Good luck!
Yeah, they *usually* resolve it quickly, but this time not so much. Even so, I shouldn’t have to follow up on every deal in order to get the credit; they should fix their system. I’ve started adding reminders to my calendar so I don’t miss any credits, but ultimately, I’m probably going to quit altogether if they can’t fix the problems on their end.

I couldn’t get the pens to be shipped to site to store pickup. It said that these were not available for that type fo shipping.
Yes, watch ur wild rewards. I contacted them about a wild deal back in march that I never received the rewards from. They gave it to me with no problem though.

WOW, this is the first time I’ve seen one of the WILD deals sell out, and so quickly too!
I have gotten all of the Walmart WILD deals and have not been treated rudely yet. I did have an issue with the credit on one of the, but I emailed SAH and it’s generally taken care of that same day.
All in all, I’ve been very please. I’m not a huge Walmart shopper, but I can’t say no to free school supplies 🙂
Also, I’ve seen a SAH rep posting here, so I think they are staying on top of the deals for us now.
