My order was cancelled also and got a phone call and when I called back the lady said it was sold out. I emailed kohls and they told me they had 125 in stock and I can reorder it and they would give me free shipping. 🙂

My order got cancelled earlier in the week and I also received a call saying I could replace it. Even though the order was cancelled my credit card still showed the Kohls charge. Be sure to check your card charges:)
this is off topic but i had gotten three of those toys r us $3 off of $3 purchase or more in the mail,can i go do them myself for my kids and not bring them,or do you have to have a child there,and would i be able to use all three on different transactions?

I ordered last time and it was cancelled. That night I got a call to replace my order. The lady convinced me to get another as a gift because it is a great product at a great price, which I did. I got them yesterday. Can not wait to try it out!

I had a phone message earlier in the week and I was instructed to call Kohls. When I called, they still didn’t have stock and I was told to call back in about a week. I just called and the lady first told me I could reorder because they were in stock, but then when she processed the order, it said there were none in stock. She told me to call back again. It would be nice if they could just fulfill the orders when they get stock back in. They have the original order numbers, so it seems like they could just send them when they restock!

My order was cancelled last time too. I received an email so I called Kohl’s and the man told me they have been out of stock for a long time. He wasn’t sure why it was saying that it’s available. Then he tried talking me into a regular priced one. Uhhh no…im sure they’re nice, but I wanted what I ordered.
I ordered it last time Collin posted it and received it today in the mail. Extremely happy and can’t wait to use it. I was in Target on Wednesday and they price cut their red Babycakes maker to $15 here in Olathe KS.
How long does it take to get a cancellation email? I ordered early yesterday morning and only got a confirmation email. I haven’t gotten a phone call either. When I check their site my status says “in fulfillment”. Thank you if anyone knows the answer.

I ordered mine late in the day of the 25th and my order is ready to ship as of the 27th I am so stoaked about this because this is another family christmas gift under the table I am almost done shopping for christmas for my kiddos!!!
I printed my cancelled order and took a copy to the store. They not only honored all the terms, but let me get a second one at the same price. I paid $11.44 each including tax.
