Has anyone else had trouble getting credit in their account. I have emailed them and they put the money in my account, but I’m still waiting on more credits from a couple weeks ago. I am going to have to email them again, but was wondering if this is happening to anyone else.
YES!!! I have never received credit for ANY SavingStar purchases, and I find it to be an absolute pain to have to keep track of purchases and continue trying to follow up. I gave up on SavingStar a long time ago.

I joined in Jan and have not had any problems with items not posting to my account. I have noticed the CVS is really fast while my Pick N Save will take closer to 3-4 weeks for the amount to show up in my account.

Just wanted to say that I am very impressed with Saving Star’s customer service. I left a comment on a previous post about never receiving my emails after 2 redemptions. They gave me an email address to send my info to. The email was answered within hours and they issued all credits to me immediately. Awesome!

Michelle, you can use a mfr coupon. The SavingStar coupon doesn’t come off your order, it gets added to you SS acct.

@ SavingStar. I just joined the program and was expecting to see HEB…unfortunately they are not listed. HEB is the biggest grocery chain Store in TX, and they have rewards card. Why don’t you add them to your participating stores? Thanks!

love saving star!!! have had problems with hyvee, but CVS and Hen House credits pop right in! I don’t know what the issue with the hyvee card is but it would be nice if that got resolved. Last time I tried to use the hyvee reward card, the cashier couldn’t get it to scan in. I still have my receipts and need to contact saving star customer service for my credit. I’ve saved alot and always get amazon card to get “free” music or books. 🙂

SavingStar is a scam. I bought Chex Mix when they had a coupon for it. But I never got a credit to my account. I emailed them and received a response to scan and email them my receipt and they would credit it. I did email them a scanned copy of my receipt and never heard back from them again. I emailed them twice more and no response at all.

Josh, I use Thunderbird for my emails and everyone else but you get my emails. I emailed back with the receipt on 8/15, then again on 8/17 and 8/30. How do you want me to attach the receipt using your website form???

I have used SAVINGSTAR for about a year. I am super pleased with how my CVS purchases show up almost immediately. However my Kroger ones seem to take forever. Even when I have made purchases together, some will post in 2 or so weeks and some take the full 30 days. I have had some never post- or at least not to my knowledge since I don’t usually search that far back to see what happened. Its frustrating since I work full time and its hard to keep checking back with my kroger purchases and be sure it posts. I did not email because I was waiting to see if it posted.
